It's a terrible place. There is little entertainment, and the room itself is quite small. There was also no music, and all the children were "having fun" in silence. As you can imagine, there was no fun. There was only one tension in the air.
There were two "caretakers" in the hall - young girls. They were supposed to help the children and make them laugh, but they just sat with unhappy faces on their phones. Occasionally they got up and silently helped the children with something. If people don't like this kind of work so much, why hire them? It's hard for an adult to withstand such hostility, what's there to talk about children?
It is also worth mentioning their incompetence. There is a slide in the hall where the child rolls down on tubing. One of the children climbed to the top, this "genius" girl pushed him, but she didn't even look to see if there were children below! And there was a little girl downstairs, and it so happened that the child in the tubing could not stop (he is 2-3 years old) and knocked her down, and this "responsible" girl did not even utter a word! I just sat there. Is this normal? It's a shame!
And now my "favorite" moment. The price list at the checkout shows prices for children under 15!!! years old. My child is just the same age. And then I find out that he was kicked off the trampoline. They said that the trampoline is up to 14 years old. Why are all the attractions available to some children, but not all for a child who was paid the same amount of money? And since when are trampoline restrictions set by age and not by weight? Stupidly. It's a shame.
From the positive side, I can only notice the work of the cafe. Fast and delicious. Sea buckthorn tea is pretty good.
But, you know, I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's terrible, that's all. Some negative emotions.
