Nice mini hotel. Thanks to the staff, they issued the documents that were required from me at work on a business trip. The room is clean and cozy. The location is perfect, the city center. I recommend.

I really liked this ULPAN mini-hotel. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times and I have always seen cleanliness, coziness and comfort. I really liked the polite, friendly staff. I personally communicated with the friendly staff at the reception - only pleasant memories. I thank Jeanne and Alina for their sensitivity, attention, they will help and give advice everywhere. I recommend the hotel. Feel free to stop, you won't regret it.

Not a bad hotel in the private sector of the city of Astana, almost in the center. The rooms are clean, but they are not cleaned every day. There are no breakfasts, but there is everything necessary for living with the whole family or alone. I recommend

I stayed at the Ulpan Hotel for two days. I really liked it. Cozy, clean, everything is there for a normal life. The staff is friendly and treats the residents with confidence. There is a shop and several cafes nearby. The most necessary items can be purchased here. The cost of living is real. Next time I will stay here and recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

We stop very often, we can say regular customers) cozy, not smoky, clean, quiet, inexpensive. Near the circus, the German Embassy, supermarket, tennis center, park. There is a place nearby to have a snack, take a walk, etc. The last time (03/22/23) it was cool. Overall, a very good hotel.

The location of this hotel is not very good. When a couple of people were driving, they rushed straight at the cars, the reception staff was not very efficient and could not properly register. We arrived late at night, booked almost 2 weeks in advance, as a result, they did not let us in, because our reservation turns out to be from another time and everything was mixed up at the reception. We drove without expecting anything decent, as we had read the reviews, but I want to say that this is quite a decent place.
Advantages : Central, quiet, inexpensive, responsive staff
Cons: not very Clean, towels were not changed, not cleaned (although maybe because we were only 2 nights)

I didn't like it very much. The receptionists are not friendly. The bed linen was washed, it was unpleasant for them to hide, the towels were the same. The pillows are terrible, they consist of some lumps. The bathroom door could not be opened from the inside, and the shower mat was missing. The relay in the shower stall was falling off. Bottled water at the reception costs twice as much as in the store. The Internet is disgusting.

Among the disadvantages: an extraneous smell in the room and bathroom. Water was leaking from the shower stall, which we informed the administrator about, but the technical staff did not bother to eliminate the cause of the leak. At the same time, they came to clean the room when we were not in the room where our things were. One day, when I returned in the evening, I did not find the phone charger in the place where I left it. After rummaging through the entire room, they found a charger in the drawer of the bedside table (the cleaner did her best). Although nothing of value was lost, an unpleasant aftertaste remained. We will not stop here a second time.

We stopped at midnight, waiting for the plane to take off. Everything is normal. The price pleases. We did not have time to evaluate all the amenities / inconveniences. The linen is clean, the mattress will do. There was a distant smell, probably sometimes smoking in the room through the window.
