Good afternoon, I would like to leave a review about yesterday's visit to the game center. The staff was very surprised! I was literally surprised by my indifference and complete lack of interest in my workplace. Starting with the greeting, apparently everyone is very busy. Further, when placing an order, we were told several times "we have self-service, carry everything yourself," well, okay, we understood. It was very dirty on the floor, asking how to walk in white socks.... We were told that it was possible to wear shoes, asking for shoe covers, in response I saw such a surprise of the girl, and of course I received a negative answer that there were NONE! This is a children's institution where children run around in socks, and the purchase of shoe covers for parents who need shoes, or else ensure that your institution is completely clean! Then we went to the tables and not a single table was clean!!!! Having called an employee with a request to clean the table, a girl with such a "face" came up to us with the words "do you need to clean the table?". That's the attitude that struck us! She wiped our table with a "blunder" and did not even rub the sugar stains of the juice. All the tables around were dirty, during the 5 hours we were there, no one had ever cleaned the table! Your guests took out wet wipes themselves and wiped the tables! If you want guests to return to your center, you will somehow train your staff with basic skills of working with people and especially with children! Your staff is the face of your center. There are no questions about the game part, the kids were happy, unlike their parents. I would like everyone to have a pleasant feeling when visiting! I wish you development and success👍

A good game for children of different ages. The staff is friendly. The play areas are clean, and there are many different toys, gurneys, and cars.

The best gaming center in the city. A large and safe maze. There is a separate play area for kids. A comfortable table for playing Lego for several people. For smaller children, there are high chairs and one swing for a baby up to a year old. You can rent a room for a children's birthday party. Delicious burgers and fries, pizza is not very, for an amateur. Affordable prices. Unlimited 15 rubles: you can play, then go home for a nap and come back again. On the birthday of the birthday boy, admission is free upon presentation of a birth certificate. Admission is free for children under one year old. For large families, a 30% discount on admission upon presentation of a certificate. Every fifth unlimited visit is also free.
