I called to make an appointment with an orthodontist. I am on vacation, a structural element of the braces has fallen off. The girl at the reception interrupts, communicates condescendingly. She said that "the orthodontist will not put it on you, he can barely cope with his patients as it is." An answer that says a lot about this salon.
