My experience with Umall turned out to be so terrible that I feel the need to share all the details. At first, the courier they sent did not arrive on the appointed day, but a whole day later. He showed himself completely unprofessional and treated the client incorrectly.
However, this is just the beginning of my troubles with Umall. When I specified the date of arrival of the assembler, they suddenly increased the cost of assembling my furniture from 3,000 tenge to an incredible 15,000 tenge. This happened after I had already bought a bedside table for 20,000 tenge. Such price changes are absolutely unacceptable, and it has created the most unpleasant memories.
I even had to turn to another company to assemble my furniture, but even then an incident was waiting for me, they brought furniture that was in terrible condition - with mold and a swollen bar. I had an urgent gift, and I just couldn't wait and instructed the assembler to assemble such furniture for now, and later waited for a constructive dialo with the Umall operator.
However, the drama continues. When we tried to return the goods, we were told that we need to call a disassembler, and this will probably also cost us a pretty penny. As a result, the whole experience with Umall was disastrously disappointing and incredibly hurtful for all family members.
Покупали с женой утюг, решили поменять, ошиблись маркой, на что мне ответили что утюг не в надлежащем виде, там есть царапины, это зоводской дефект, и пломба вскрыта, коробка не товарного вида, но это все просто красиво отшили, думаю это не проблема, просто сделать возврат товара, впечетление о компании очень негативные, лояльность к клиенту вообще нет, вообщем не понравилось
