the staff from coffee shop were really friendly, I would love to mention fabulous and our favourite person amin he is the one who Sarv us dinner for every night he is really so friendly we love him because him work is very good gay and hard worker
My overall rating of the hotel is 8/10.
The sea and the beach are 9/10
Rooms - 7/10
Meals - 8/10
We've been to the UAE in 4 different places and this is the best place we've been, and most likely I'm really ready to come back here a second time.
Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is small, but everything is there from fruits to omelets and milk.
Lunch and dinner according to the menu If you have an all inclusive, then the menu is brought to you at breakfast and you specify the time and place of lunch and dinner (everything is very flexible, when you want to eat, you wrote the time, you can eat in the same restaurant, in the room, by the pool and on the beach). There are 4 salads, 8 hot items and 4 desserts on the menu, and you can take any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Everything is really very tasty and well made, the portions are large, but in a week the same positions will certainly come together and you want something new. There are no soups on the menu. One day, the beach was reserved for a wedding, people were not allowed off the streets, only the residents and guests of the wedding were in the hotel, and all the residents were sent to their own Lebanese restaurant at the hotel for lunch and dinner (free of charge). Everything was very high-quality and delicious there, there were soups and you could choose any dishes according to their menu. If you are tired of the ration at the hotel, then you can safely go to eat at this restaurant. The prices are inexpensive (it seems that the Moscow time is cheap).
About the hotel - there are boho-style instagram rooms, upon check-in we asked how much we should pay extra, they said $ 600 for 9 nights. We had a regular room, an area of 50 meters, 2 rooms and a bathroom, everything was quite cozy and clean. Please note that if you are with children, they will give you a cot for an additional fee (about 12-15 thousand for 10 days), but there is a sofa in the room and you can sleep on it, just take the linen with you. We cleaned every day, changed towels and linens, high-quality and expensive cosmetics in the bathroom.
The territory is super green by the standards of the UAE, lots of greenery, flowers, palm trees, everything is well maintained.
The beach is the main thing here, crystal clear water, a perfect sandy bottom, there are big waves at times, depending on the weather. There are plenty of sun beds and no one runs to occupy them, there is enough for everyone.
There is a pool, but we have never swum in it. But the main thing is that the pool and the sea are open around the clock and no one drives.
There are 2 large supermarkets, pharmacies, and an alcohol store within walking distance.
If on weekdays this hotel is the quietest place on the coast, then with the onset of the weekend it turns into a hangout place, companies from Dubai and other cities come and then the beach is simply crowded, music is blaring until nightfall, lunch and dinner on the beach will not work and it is better to stay in a restaurant that has breakfast or sit by the pool, or order in the room. I would recommend that the hotel send its guests to their Lebanese restaurant for lunch and dinner on weekends. Because the bar and restaurant on the beach becomes focused on guests, not residents, and you have to wait a long time for lunch and dinner, and drinks, on weekdays they are brought almost immediately at the time specified in the order. I understand that the hotel's policy is as follows: if the hotel is fully populated, then people who come to hang out on the beach for one day are not allowed, if the hotel is poorly populated, then locals come every day to bask on the beach.
Yes, this hotel also positions itself as dog friendly, with all the consequences that follow and pop out on the beach)
The staff at the bar are constantly confused about drinks, what is included and what is not. They say one thing at the reception, another at the bar. But we took everything for free and said that it was included - original cocktails, smoothies, etc. The main thing is not to sign the receipt))) Tell them it's on.
There is no animation for children or adults. Pleasant dance music is playing on the beach.
There are no bracelets for residents on weekdays yet, they are only worn on weekends to separate residents from those who hang out for one day.
There is no gym, you can run along the coast in the morning.
Those who have stayed at this hotel many times said that before it was better for food and there were no parties on weekends. We really enjoyed a lot of things, we were with a 5.5-year-old child and we are ready to return.
I was having a rest together with my child. In general, I was preparing for the worst. We were originally supposed to go to Fujairah, but we changed our hotel the night before departure due to fuel oil.
The hotel is family-run, with many retirees. In the early days, there were almost no Russians, but then many, like us, began to come from Fujairah.
On the plus side:
- The beach is amazing. Low tide in the morning, high tide in the afternoon. There was a storm for several days, and swimming was forbidden, but many people came in anyway.
The deck chairs are new. The beach bar, as they say now, is "instagrammable"
. The water is clear, transparent, and beautifully colored.
- The rooms are large. We had a living room and a bedroom. The renovation was a bit tired (maybe we just came across such a room), but we didn't spend much time in the room, so it didn't bother us.
- The staff is pleasant. They don't speak Russian, but they can generally understand each other. The hotel director is friendly, he took our lunch order on the first day. Only later did they learn from the hotel guide that he was the director. When we left, I gave the child a frisbee plate and a shaker for water.
- Beach towels are changed every day.
Minuses
"THE DOGS. Apparently this is the only hotel in the area that accepts guests with pets. Dogs do things right on the beach. Some dog owners carry bags, some don't. The dog can do his big things right in front of you and, accordingly, the smell reaches you is overwhelming. They do small things in the sea, on the beach, and on the edge of sun loungers and photo zones. They have lunch with the owners on the beach, too, and mark tables and chairs where people eat later.
- This is not the all-inclusive that we are used to: buffet breakfast (but the choice is limited).
Lunch and dinner Ala maps (at breakfast, write on a piece of paper what you will eat for lunch and dinner, and also specify the time)
The food is delicious, there are no complaints, the portions are large.
But the choice is very limited, so on the 7th day I didn't want anything. They mostly took a burger, grilled beef and a chicken patty. Caesar was delicious from salads (they just have lettuce leaves, sauce and one big cracker, without chicken).
You can have lunch and dinner on the beach or by the pool, food is brought directly there.
- Weekends are the worst days in this hotel. A lot of locals come and the beach turns into our Anapa. It is impossible to eat on the beach. We waited for lunch for more than an hour, although on weekdays they brought it in about 7 minutes. The staff pays all the attention to the arrivals. They don't have everything included, they order from the menu and pay for orders, so they get more attention.
- When ordering drinks, you should ask if they are included in the all-inclusive system. I ordered a smoothie once for 54 dirhams.
We were told that you can only order 1 cocktail per person per day. Juices, cola and water are unlimited.
- Mostly Arabs swim in the pool. We didn't swim there.(only on the first day did the child swim in the evening) It already looks like it needs to be repaired (the tile has broken off, there is no heating, as other vacationers told us). But we were not going to swim in the pool, so this fact did not spoil the impression in any way.
- There is no animation from the word at all. Our entertainment was a trip to the supermarket. We went to Mall UAQ once. Taxi 10 dirhams one way. We ordered at the reception. But there aren't many shops there.
Overall, I enjoyed the rest. If it wasn't for the poor food selection, then the hotel is great. Lots of greenery, incredibly beautiful beach. You won't stay hungry, but you'll just get tired of the monotony.
Would I come here again? With a normal all inclusive, I think so. But with such monotony, definitely not.
Great hotel! From Monday to Friday! Holidays like in the Maldives, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, high rate, but there is an opportunity to get a day pass, It is convenient to Visit without checking in ! Great bar! It's a pleasant atmosphere, there's a small problem , people who can 't stand dogs will have to measure up 👍😎
A great, cozy hotel. Beautiful territory. Excellent sandy beach on the first line.
Nearby there is an alcohol market, a Carrefour hypermarket and food courts.
Once upon a time, it was a quiet, family-run hotel. The rooms are large, the area is green, the beach is huge. But in 20-21, reincarnation took place. Now it's a noisy weekend dog hotel. Canine, because pets are allowed. And on weekends, local Europeans also come. Therefore, the noise, hubbub and all sorts of drunkenness does not subside from Thursday evening until Sunday. I understand the owners of the hotel, they raise as much money over the weekend as the permanent residents do not bring in a month. But living next to dogs running and shitting on the beach, and the owners don't clean up after them, although the rules say they should, somehow it's not comfortable. And the music is blaring until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.
A clean, wide, sandy beach. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails at the beach bar. The sand on the beach is very light, almost white. The place is gorgeous for a relaxing holiday. It gets noisy and fun on weekends - people come to rest from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
I was here in November 2019, it was quiet, the sea was great. There is a booze shop next to the hotel. The food is served in the hotel itself, but not like in Turkey, it is not diverse, although it was enough for me ...
20 minutes on foot - a supermarket, we took fresh seafood there...
Pros - a huge beach with an ideal entry into the sea and a bunch of free sunbeds.
Clean warm pool, delicious breakfasts.
Cons - it's a bit boring, there is no animation, lunches and dinners must be ordered independently, only breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant.

A gorgeous beach and a good manager Kamal! I've been coming here for 12 years and I'm always happy, especially with the sea. Very good breakfasts. There are many sun loungers on the beach and there is a bar
Excellent hotel , sunset , swimming pool , everything is green , I rested 3 times and will return there again , rooms with a refrigerator , 2 rooms , good kitchen
Let's just say that this is a good three, not a four, about which there is a corresponding sign on the facade. The room park is very worn out, the furniture is asking for rest, one of the air conditioners did not work. People who have rested here many times have noticed the deterioration of service and the filling of rest, including nutrition. In the month of Ramadan, the neighboring restaurant and alcohol market does not work, because of this there is a reduced menu for dinner. There was a dirty pool at our check-in, it was cleaned a couple of days later. The food at the hotel is traditionally expensive for the UAE, the simplest pizza is 50 dirhams. I would not recommend taking only breakfast, either you will go broke or you will eat it is unclear what. But in general, the hotel is cozy like worn-out shoes, there are a lot of greenery, there are trees, a good beach, but in April the sea was quiet in the morning, by lunch the wind is already waves and yellow flags are red in the evening. In April, the water is still invigorating 23-24 degrees. We didn't have any animations or any movements, the food was monotonous, for dinner on weekdays, the menu was pre-ordered, the whole menu was on 1 piece of paper. The pool is heated, warm, but the tile has sharp edges in places, and also needs repair.
We have been to the hotel 2 times. We realized that this is a hotel for us. Everything is fine. the main thing is a beautiful sea, few people. Quiet, calm, friendly. We have already booked tours for November 2022 and are looking forward to seeing our favorite hotel. You can ignore the little things. People rested there 20 times. They fly from Moscow as if to a dacha. Thanks to the staff.
Very poor nutrition, there is nothing to eat at all, even tea is not offered. Everything used to be fine. But you can not write all inclusive if the fish fall all week, your stomach began to ache
We've been here more than ten times!
The hotel has changed for the worse!Because in the UAE there was 1 more day off (3 days off), a lot of people were added! A lot with dogs, they run around the beach without a leash, shit and jump on your sunbed! Horror will not come here anymore!
Great hotel. We rested here several times. I liked everything.

A great place to relax, but with a slight correction: to relax (not to hang out) it is possible there from Monday evening to Friday evening. Crowds of people come for the weekend, music thunders on the beach so that it is impossible to be on the hotel grounds. Bartenders scurry everywhere with trays, dogs run between sun loungers, a disco on the beach until late at night, alcohol, etc.
I would say that on different days of the week these are two different hotels.
The place is just wonderful, what you need for a family holiday.

In the hotel already 3 times. The sea, the beach, the food is just super. We have already been to the UAE 9 times in different emirates before and realized this is our hotel. The staff are just great. It's a shame that this time there was no live music. Thanks for the rest.
a great beach, a great hotel, always clean water in the pool, in the restaurant a married couple sings and amuses the audience for many years. Nice place! Not just good, but very good))
