Excellent work of the doctors! Everyone is very polite and respectful to the converts and their little companions! I wish there were more such specialists! Thank you for your hard work and professionalism!
Upd: Olga Sergeevna Ilyina is the best doctor, we applied for a repeat appointment and were also happy that she was not just a doctor, but a person! Just with this doctor for the rest of your life! Just a man of his craft!
We have contacted this clinic before for any questions and with more than one pet, and we have always been satisfied with the professional help provided. But after the doctors have changed, the level of the clinic leaves much to be desired... They were treated with the problem of loss of appetite and unwillingness to go to the toilet, and the general deterioration of the cat's condition... As a result, emergency intestinal surgery was recommended the next morning (an ultrasound scan revealed a foreign body, which, according to doctors, "is unlikely to come out on its own and needs to be operated on"). It was a miracle that they went to another clinic, where they found that the cat did not have any foreign matter and was simply "simply" constipated... I don't want you to respond to this review (I understand perfectly well that you must protect your reputation, after all), but I still DON't recommend contacting this clinic at the moment... The doctors who were in this clinic before were much more competent. You can watch and check on your databases what you want, and give any answer in your defense (I don't deny that you've asked for help before and were happy, but not this time), but for me, it's trite for any doctor who can't carefully take blood from a cat and not tip over test tubes of blood. (again, in MY opinion) - not considered competent (I've had to inject various animals into a vein more than once, so I know exactly what I'm talking about). Fortunately, we found a doctor who helped our pet without any emergency operations, and two days later our pet returned to his usual diet and feels great.
I went to this clinic with a dog with suspected cystitis. They prescribed an antibiotic and put it in syringes. The dog started vomiting a day later. I came again, they gave me an antiemetic, took blood from the 5th time, although the dog was large, sat quietly. The vomiting continued, but there were questions about the level of doctors in this clinic and I turned to another one, where they counted the dose again and told me to check what dose they had taken in the Umvet. It turned out that the dose dialed into syringes exceeds the required dose by 2 times!!!
I really do not recommend this clinic if you want to cure your animal, and not make it worse.
