We went as a family, and in general we are very happy about the trip.
Minuses: 1. The tourists themselves in the group, not all were adequate and not everyone was pleasant. 2. The weather has let you down a bit. I understand that it does not depend on the company, but the mood has dropped a little.
Advantages: High level of organization and resolution of any issues that arise. The curator Natalia is just a professional in her work. My nerves gave out after an hour, and she coddled everyone every single day. I immediately thought about how this girl would be lucky for almost 50 people, but then I took my words back. Natalia, if you see - a personal huge thank you from me and my wife. Kirill the guide is also a great fellow.
Summary: if you objectively perceive force majeure, then I highly recommend this tour and the company.

I went through Smart tours to the UAE (Sharjah)from 06 to 12/13/2024. I was very pleased with the trip))) Many thanks to Elena, who helped me choose the right tour for me🙏🤝🫶😊 I was very worried and doubtful at first, because I was flying on vacation alone and for the first time to this country. Elena provided me with the most detailed information before the trip (no manager has ever instructed me in such detail!) As a result, I had a very cool and interesting rest, the UAE is the safest country in the world, the weather in December is just gorgeous, the beach is clean, the sea is transparent! The Holiday International Hotel **** is cozy, near a beautiful promenade with palm trees for walking. In terms of organization (transfers, excursions), everything is clear and professional! I really liked and remembered this vacation🏝️🕌🌇😍

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the company for the trip to St. Petersburg!!! I was very worried about the choice, I read a lot of reviews and, probably, it helped - the ratings did not lie.
The tour itself is gorgeous, the beauty cannot be described, the hotel is super, even the kitchenette was in the room. It was especially convenient for me with a small child.
And of course the employees themselves, I'm shocked, I haven't met such people for a long time. Kirill is a super guide! Everything is clear, understandable, in fact.
And the head of the group, Natalia, is just a miracle! Such a sensitive, caring, sweet dandelion. He's always around, he'll explain everything, repeat it ten times. I even healed my daughter's broken knee) Thank you!!!
I will definitely go with you more than once!

We planned a trip to Minsk from Moscow with colleagues in June)We went for the first time!We don't know anything, we don't understand anything))We monitored the market of tour operators, started calling around who offers what, but somehow, we don't enter on a budget, then the hotel is not very good, then the program is not quite included in the timing)

Many thanks to Elena, she was interested in our arrival on the territory of another camp all the rest, informed in advance about the postponement of the flight, which the hotel guide did not know about. The girl and I flew to Egypt from the travel agency "UMNOTURA". I can say one thing about the company - well done! They are very friendly. Everyone explains what is unclear. They give a lot of useful information, work very clearly and only with reliable information. They never drive empty to the office and do not force you to come several times. They objectively advise what is better and what corresponds to the requested price and what is not. We issued all documents, memos, and printouts of all kinds of information very quickly and within the agreed time frame. Everything is as it should be. I RECOMMEND IT!

Good day!!
I didn't have time to write in any way, but I finally got there and am ready to write a review about our wonderful trip to the beautiful city of Lviv! We went with my wife on 05/26/2016 with the Company "UmnoTury" . The escort was Sergey – erudite, sociable, well-aware of the route and just a very good person.
When we bought the tour, to be honest, we were a little afraid, but in the office we were convinced that everything was fine in Lviv, probably thanks to the excellent service in the office, we went on this tour.
Not a drop of disappointment, the bus is wonderful, the drivers are Dmitry and Igor wonderful people, and the Voltaire hotel in Lviv is simply the best!! Special thanks to the Guide – Galina in Lviv – I have never seen a person who loved his city so much and talked about it so sincerely and interestingly.

This is not the first time I have traveled with the company "UmnoTury" and I can say with confidence that this young company employs professionals in their field!
They sent my friend and me to Thailand - they helped with everything: they picked up a great hotel (took into account all our wishes and requirements), told us where to go, what to see and devoted in particular to getting acquainted with the local flavor. )))
We went prepared and got a lot of pleasant impressions, without wasting time on small things.
The second time we went to Turkey and again the company "UmnoTury" turned out to be on top - we picked up a great hotel for ridiculous money, again we gave a lot of useful tips and prepared the documents in the shortest possible time!!! We did everything with lightning speed, but at the same time everything is clear and correct.
Now I have returned from Vietnam and I confidently declare that I will entrust my next vacation to this company.
You guys are so good! Thank you for being exactly like that!)))
