In this store, they do not give you a book of complaints and claims, instead they will be rude to you, they will be rude, and they will indignantly point out where to take the goods. There are some good girls, these are Ekaterina, Natalia and the young one recently came. Be kinder people and they will be kinder to you! Especially for Jan, I have repeatedly been treated boorishly and rudely by her. I hope the authorities will take action!!! Although.....There's probably a boss like that!!!
