The price suited me. And I gave away the Printer.
I was told that everything would be ready in an hour.I left. After 15 minutes. I was dialed and told that in order to refill the cartridge, I need to flash the printer, to the question "how much will it cost?" I was answered from 85 bel.rub to 120 bel. rub. plus refilling each cartridge (4 pcs) for 27 bel.rub.
I replied that this amount for services did not suit me and said that I would now return to pick up the printer. While I was returning, they called me again and said that it was no longer necessary to refuel the printer, but only to reflash it and it would cost from 85 to 120 bel.rub. (I thought to myself they only wanted 108p for refueling, but it already turns out it is refueled) .I asked the question how much exactly will the printer flashing service cost? The answer is "The master has already left and will be able to answer tomorrow" although it was still working time at 16:34, they work until 18:00. I replied that let the printer stay with you until tomorrow, the master will come and tell you the exact amount for this service and I will give an answer whether I agree or not to this amount. On the trail. the day the so-called master called me and said that "his printer flashing service will cost 80 bel. rub." I refused and said that I would come for the printer. As a result, they called me again and said that in order to pick up my printer, I need to pay 21 bel.rub. for the "printer diagnostics" service, which I found out about by phone and no one had informed me about this service before, they just put me in front of the fact. When the stars came together so much that the director himself canceled the payment for me, apparently my surprised tone did not like it) in general, it seemed that there were not competent employees working here who take the prices of their services out of their heads.
