My dream has come true!!! For many years I have been admiring the products of the Underwood company. I thought that all this was appropriate only in a big house ...))) But now I have a new apartment, renovation, and NOW magical living wood and resin products have appeared in my space. Am I happy? Yes, I am absolutely delighted. And I also know that every product is unique. It's in a single copy! I also have a wall clock, and a small one. Thank you - Anna and Ilya! You are the spellcasters of the tree! You are wizards!!!

Since 2020, I have been interacting with the guys. The collection began with an array dining table. After that, they decorated the window sill, bought a tea table and a console. An unpleasant story with Anya, i.e. with her ambitions. And so. I ordered the boards for the kitchen. I sent my desired preferences for the kitchen interior with a photo. I fully relied on Anya's professionalism. And she didn't ask for anything supernatural. As a result, I received the order. I've gone terribly overboard with flowers. Well, it doesn't fit at all. Moreover, there are several layers of resin on the boards and it is unclear how to use it in the kitchen. It seems like the surfaces of the board should be smooth. I asked for a refund or to redo the boards somehow. To which Anya replied to me that the product is non-refundable and she does NOT WANT to work on alterations with me! In addition, I heard that my expectations are my fantasies, that her work is definitely cool and awesome, and I generally spoiled her mood and offended her by not understanding the result (complete inconsistency of the specified color and the inconvenience of using it in everyday life). So it turns out. I paid 100% in advance and received the product, which I am dissatisfied with. They didn't want to understand me and somehow go to a meeting (return, redo, etc.). There could be a lot of opportunities, leaving me not in DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. But people work in one gate. I had a very different opinion. All the euphoria and cool you are only on your own Instagram. Where there is no objective assessment of the work. The reviews are only positive, the stars praised themselves. When ordering boards, be careful!!!
