If it were possible not to put stars at all, it would be better, because even one star is too much for such a boorish attitude on the part of employees.
5 windows, of which only 2 are working normally. It's just a nightmare. I waited half a day to receive the transfer. There used to be two windows and I never waited more than five minutes.
