Large office, convenient location in the very center. Of the disadvantages, money can only be deposited through payment terminals. ATMs do not accept cash at 90%. They don't work on Sunday. To put money on the card, you need to look for a payment terminal, as it was in the Russian Federation in the noughties.

It's strange that such a low rating - I've been to the department many times, there were never queues, the service was fast, all the girls speak Russian well, everyone is polite. Yes, it's a pity that they don't work on weekends and on weekdays only until 4:30 p.m.
