I was pleasantly surprised, there are a lot of staff, the service is like in a bank, on an electronic scoreboard, the staff is polite. I thought there would be a live queue of nervous visitors, but nothing like that. Everything is very good.
I haven't lived to use their services directly yet, but judging by the increase in savings, it's not bad... Although I am not a supporter of such organizations in principle.
