The hotel is small. Friendly staff. I really liked the kitchen. The room I was put in (18) leaked on the second day, the ceiling in the hallway leaked, there was an attic on top, so it leaked because of the rain. The room originally had traces of leaks in the doorways to the balconies. There are two balconies in the room?! The room needs renovation. Moved to #4, better. There are 7 stops to the center. The courses are nearby. Overall, it's not bad.

The hotel is solid 3 ka. The staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian. There are places for smoking. Good breakfasts, don't stay hungry. Thank you
