I needed to have stitches removed, I was operated on in the Russian Federation, now I find myself in Uralsk for my husband's work, for this reason we decided to do the simplest procedure for removing stitches on my arm here. I provided the discharge to the nurse, it indicates on what date I was operated on and on what date I will appear for suture removal. So we were told that it is impossible to simply remove the seams, we need a consultation, well, although everything is clear, we agreed to give 6500tt for a consultation. And they didn't announce the price for removing the seams, they just said that they would have to pay extra. For a very long time after the bandage was removed, the surgeon was waiting in the treatment room to remove the stitches, apparently his appearance was a consultation, because I was led from the corridor immediately to the treatment room, apparently there was a consultation and the procedure we did not need was carried out at the same time. My stitches were dry when I was discharged on February 29, everything was fine and on March 4, on the day of treatment, they were removed, the girl from the registry who went down to the treatment room asked the nurse how many centimeters the seam was. She was told that one was 10 cm and the other was 8 cm. AND THE FUN BEGAN. to my husband, who was waiting in the corridor of the 4th floor, the same girl from the reception desk, who worked on March 4 and was at the workplace at 18:00, offered to pay for the suture removal procedure this time, and then DECEPTION!!! THERE IS A RECEIPT ON HAND on which it is clearly written that for a seam from 1 to 5 cm the payment is 5000tt, I have BOTH SEAMS IN TOTAL 18 cm, so 20000tt, when rounding, God forbid the surgeons did not get 2 cm, but come on, they were ready to pay for 3 cm as for 5 cm 50,000 TT But NO, 15 centimeters were properly counted for 15,000, but the REMAINING three centimeters were counted at 3000tt PER CENTIMETER!!!, that is, 3000tt + 3000tt + 3000tt = 9000tt. ❗Administration, please pay attention, visitors are being deceived! There is a receipt. That is, we were charged 9,000 TT for 3 cm, which is almost twice as much as 5 cm for a minute. In this scenario, I would agree that my 18 cm would be rounded up to 20 cm and charged 20,000, it is much easier to agree with an overpayment of 2000 than with an overpayment of 6,000
There was no consultation, but since they said that they would not remove the stitches without it, they had to pay.
As a result, the simplest manipulation cost us 30500t
So we also miscalculated, we waited a long time, the child had already managed to lose me, started crying and asking my husband and my mother (they were waiting on the 4th floor) to follow me, everything lasted so long.
Conclusion. I strongly advise you not to visit this clinic, find any other one, and if you still apply here, then I strongly recommend discussing the cost of each, even the smallest service in advance, but in this case, be prepared for the fact that the girl from the registry will overestimate the cost of the service at times or consider it as much as possible It is beneficial for you, as they actually did to us. It's not decent to profit from deception in such a blissful place! Yesterday we were all even more shocked and puzzled by the removal of the seams themselves, for this reason it turned out to look at the receipt in detail only today and of course there was more indignation 😩
