I can't help myself. I want to share my impressions of this gas station. I have never seen such rudeness from employees anywhere before. On the evening of 18.10.24. along the way, I decided to refuel the car in this "wonderful place"! Everything seemed to be going well until the moment of payment. After refueling, the child and I returned to the store to pay for fuel and at the same time buy a drink.... After entering the gas station store, they went to get juice..
Before reaching the location of the juice behind me, I heard a rude shout from a man (it was an employee who took the order and payment for fuel): First pay, and then you will walk around the store ..... To say that I was taken aback is to say nothing. I turned around and walked over. She said there was no need to yell. We'll take the juice and pay for it.. To which I received an answer in the same rude intonation: you will pay for the juice at another checkout. Then there was a dialogue.. a long one.. The man also replied that they do not have to tell everyone what and where to pay.. They have it like that.
To be honest, there is no desire to return here anymore. Not only is the gas station "Soviet times"., the employee is rude, rude and snaps back.. He should have been educated more and learned the rules of etiquette.... Such people should be kept away from society... Very unpleasant impressions.
At all gas stations, you can pay for goods and fuel at the same checkout.. Moreover, they can offer coffee and tea with them.. Other people are able to "sell the service" and serve..
