This is an impossibly disgusting place, taking a ticket at 17:30 on January 16, at 19:10 there were two people in front of us, and the number of operators after 17:30 was reduced to two, and one of them in window number 8 preferred to communicate with one couple instead of working with other people, as a result, a couple I spent 40 minutes choosing a phone number. The operator was constantly consulting with someone on the phone, because his manager calmly bowed home at 18:00. There was a child in the apartment without light and heating, for whom a SIM card was actually bought. It is clear that no one gave us the opportunity to tell about this. It's just outrageous piggishness. I am attaching a photo, I do not have to count on taking measures, because working hours are running, work is working, and no one cares how. By 19:30, we found out that this operator had issued a SIM card to one person for another person's documents and was trying to solve this problem. It became clear that from 17:30 to 20:00 we would not issue a SIM card, because there was only one person left in front of us. It doesn't catch on the subway or in the basement office, whereas the other connection does. Mobile Internet became terribly slow in 2022.
On March 31, 2023, I purchased a 30GB package for a 30-day Friday promotion. In fact, it turned out to be for 30 nights. I wrote to the support service, I did not receive a response. It turns out that the company's marketers are misleading in order to seize customers' money in a fraudulent way. I can't go on YouTube during the day. The package was purchased in vain. 20 thousand is not a lot of money, but a decent amount is running up on a national scale, because not only I was deceived. So be careful when purchasing packages for Friday promotions!
I received a ticket and was called almost immediately. The staff are very good, everything was explained, everything was fast. There is a toilet in the first entrance, but it is not in the Beeline branch itself.

But shouldn't this be done at the cashier or in the mobile banking of customers? But super. Especially the Internet
