The manager responsible for the order in the company's office works disgustingly. when asked why the employee was absent for half an hour at the right window, they replied that he had lunch at 3 p.m. the manager himself did not consider it necessary to deal with the dynamically increasing queue, as well as to put another employee on time (there were free operators in the hall). half an hour wasted.
Everything is fast and almost clear. The description of the tariffs is only in Uzbek. They explain it verbally, but still you can't figure out all the nuances quickly.
For some reason, there is no sale of mobile phones at all. Network connection only.
Although the office is large, it is not fully used, as if part of the room is abandoned.
There is an electronic queue, but you can't see it right away, we could make it visible right at the entrance.
The connection itself (Internet) is good, at least in Tashkent.

I have been using the beeline SIM card for three months and every month I faced an involuntary withdrawal of funds from my account. Every month I had to call, hang on the line and sort things out with the operators.
The culmination of all this outrage was my trip to the office to terminate the contract.
Instead of courteously addressing clients, I got a shattered nervous system.
A woman named Gubina Anna obviously trained for years to be masterfully rude and roll her eyes at every phrase before sitting in this chair and becoming the senior wrangler with the client.
If we omit my dissatisfaction with the manner of communication of the Beeline office staff, then in the dry balance it turns out that the woman simply could not give me all the necessary information to complete the operation to transfer the remaining funds to the account: "you will not be able to receive these funds. It won't work, but only on another SIM card. And, it turns out, it is possible on uzcard. No, you can't transfer your husband to uzcard. No, you can, but there are usually problems on the part of the receiving bank." I couldn't interpret the sarcasm in her voice and the displeased expression on her face even if I wanted to.
The woman diligently denied that she could withdraw these funds. In the end, she accepted my application, but only after I asked her to invite a higher-level employee. When I asked her to give me her full name to file a complaint, she said, "We have cameras everywhere here and you were filmed too." Well, just like in the market.
And all this despite the fact that I came to terminate the contract with the operator. I expected to see trained staff and a cultured attitude towards the client, but I was immediately confronted with rudeness and left leaving a complaint.
