Good company. An interesting project, a very promising technology. Cool professionals work here, I had a chance to see this in the course of my work. There are nice bonuses for employees. The management is excellent, supports the initiative. The salary is above the market average. However, there are small disadvantages - the office is located far from the center and not the most spacious Parking.

I immediately appreciated the openness in this company. The bosses communicate with employees without show-offs, you can easily approach and clarify some points. I am glad that you can come up with ideas - you will always be supported. And in general, the atmosphere is cool in the team, I've made friends with many people here, we communicate outside of work.
At first, I couldn't figure out the prof, I was worried that it wouldn't work out. But here, training is conducted on it (and not only). By the way, the fact that the company constantly conducts training is another important point for me.

It is very interesting that the entrance to the building for employees is through a scanner configured for fingerprint recognition. When the reader is triggered, the door opens, and information about the employee appears on the security service computer. For third-party visitors, there is also a second door with a regular bell. You can also use your fingerprint to pay for food in the cafe on the ground floor.
