On 17.02.2024, it is closed! No explanation. Permanently or temporarily? It's a shame! The only place in the city with men's shoes from size 47 and up! It is unclear where the "giants" should put on their shoes now! The sadness...
It was a great store, they closed it in vain. It was possible to buy something in it that is not available in others. We hope that they will open it again
I've been to this store a lot of times. But when I got there on 06.10.20, I was very upset and my mood deteriorated for the whole day. Because of one employee in this store, named Svetlana (an older woman) which stands at the entrance to the women's fitting room. After her terrible service, I was shaking all over and I didn't want to buy anything else in this store! She was fighting with two girls in front of us, and then when they left, she turned on us. She asked me, not very politely, to leave the basket at the entrance, and with her finger she seemed to be ordering me to fulfill my duties! After that, a conflict ensued, and instead of remaining silent, she continued to be rude, rude and laugh in her face, with the words "write your complaint with pleasure", that is, she absolutely did not care! And the most annoying thing is that she never apologized! And instead of solving the conflict, she created it, and continued. And not only with me! I do not understand by what criteria you recruit employees to the store! But this woman not only does not know how to communicate with guests, but also continues to conflict, as if she enjoys it!
It was very unpleasant to measure things there and buy them this time.
And it is very disgusting to return to such shops where such people work.
I was in the store at about 4 p.m., I'm writing this review at 11 p.m., and I still have a residue on my soul.
I have never seen such guest service anywhere. The rule "The customer is always right" should apply to employees, and even if he is wrong, the employee should apologize and remain silent.
You either train your employees in communication manners, or fire them if you want to preserve the brand and status of your store!
With all due respect to the store, I will return there, but if I see this woman again, I will endlessly write about her. Until I get an answer.
