What spoils the impression is the irresponsible behavior primarily of young people, which is reflected in the damage of benches, inscriptions, monuments..., graffiti writing, garbage everywhere in the park...in the summer months, groups of young people and minors often gather, get drunk, make noise and noise all night long.… No matter how hard the city tries to fix and deal with these vandalism, very quickly the groups of underage vandals are again destroyed,… The main problem is insufficient enforcement of the law on juvenile delinquency or mild punishment or both. Nice park in the center. And it could be even more beautiful.
