My insurance company suddenly transferred me to this clinic in the middle of the insurance period...
Advantages+++
1) it is easy to get to the family doctor, clearly on time and without waiting in line.
2) it looks like a beautiful clinic
3) Barrier-free space
4) polite staff
5) boiler with water (without cups, though, on the day I was)
6) wheelchairs, wheelchairs, and more - in the lobby for those in need.
7) elevators, video surveillance systems, security, paintings on the walls.
8) positive specialists who know several languages and are well-versed in their business!
9) modern technologies in the laboratory, fast, sterile.
minuses - - -
1) HUGE QUEUES AT THE RECEPTION (according to coupons, more than 100 people are in line for 3 windows and each one is issued for a very long time!!!)
I had to wait at least 1.5 hours just to get a referral for tests, and then there is also a live queue in the laboratory!!!!
2) there is a likely shortage of workers and very slow work, because queues are formed everywhere (except for the doctor's office of my insurance company and some other narrow specialists)
3) on the 2nd floor there are "shabby" walls,
4) on the 1st floor there are cold iron benches.
In general, I expected the worst (after reading the reviews of other visitors beforehand), but I rated it 4-rku only because of the huge queues at the reception!
I was satisfied, even though I spent 2.5 hours on 1 visit: a personal doctor - 10 minutes, a registry - more than an hour, examinations and tests - about 20-30 minutes.
My wife went through 3 doctors and 4 examinations in 1 hour in another clinic, unlike me
I highly do not recommend this hospital. On the occasion of appendicitis removal (which cost 2350 GEL, and 350 GEL per day in the hospital), the wife stayed for three days. The nurse/nurse call buttons were not working in the ward. At night, the neighbors woke up in pain, no one had the strength to call the staff. Everyone lay there and suffered. It was terrible. Lasch's operating doctor was not in the hospital for two days, he was replaced by surgeon Maya. A very unpleasant woman: rude, devaluing. To my indignation about the non-working buttons in the ward and the slow work of the staff (because of abdominal pain after surgery, it was often necessary to call my brother's doctor), she replied: "at her age, also after surgery, I went through the pain myself and called the doctors, without a button. Let her walk too." Bravo😐
But not everything is so bad. Nurses/nurses were often allowed to stay longer during visiting hours. Right up to 8-9 pm. Thanks a lot for that
Thanks to the surgeons for the successful operation. Appendicitis removal without complications. The wife was rehabilitated 2 weeks later.
Good painkillers, they always helped
