Feedback: On January 4, 2025, we visited this cafe. My impressions were mixed. On the positive side, it is worth noting the pleasant atmosphere in the establishment, everything looks cozy and relaxing. However, the service left an unpleasant aftertaste. We were served by a Kazakh girl who looked about 18 years old. She behaved extremely unconvincingly and unprofessionally. Under the pretext of “not allowed with her own”, she took our personal belongings, even after we made the order, she did not return them to us. It wasn't until we were at the door on our way out that she returned the items. Her attitude towards clients was disrespectful, which seriously spoils the impression of the visit. This behavior of the staff slightly dissuades the desire to return to this cafe. We recommend that the management pay attention to employee training — it is important that the staff is polite, able to observe subordination and respect customers. If it hadn't been for this incident, the visit could have been much more enjoyable.
