An excellent hotel, we were on a business trip, we lived in a double room, a two-room room, a shower, a toilet, two beds and a wardrobe in the first room, a large sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle in the second room, the rooms still have the Soviet style,there is a guarded parking lot, good staff, so if you want not I recommend this hotel for an expensive stay in Postavy.

Soviet, sweet, like from the films of the USSR. Everything suits me. So cozy, so touchingly simple. I love this kind of atmosphere, especially when traveling around the country. For some, this will not be enough for comfort - it's just right for me for the pennies that we paid for accommodation.

The hotel is very old, there is a beautiful stucco in the lobby. But due to age, there are nuances: it's a bit damp, everything is very worn out, in economy rooms the toilet is in the corridor, and the shower is on the ground floor. But it is inexpensive: we paid 31 rubles for a room with two beds and a sink.
Among the advantages: location in the very center, friendly staff, a sense of history.

We stayed overnight in May 2024, it turned out to be very convenient on the way. We took the simplest room for 30 Br. for 2 people. The room has a sink, a wardrobe, two simple beds, but quite comfortable and with clean linen. Toilet on the floor, shower on the 1st floor. The room, shower and toilet, of course, are "tired" (the chipboard is worn, the switches / sockets are partially Soviet), but there were no questions about cleanliness, everything is fine! To spend the night for such ridiculous money is very good, on a solid 4!

Single room. The price is 49 rubles. The room is spacious. Friendly staff. A quiet place. Surprisingly, there are not 9 standard programs on TV, there is a HALL. There is a paid parking lot. Of the disadvantages, the only thing is that the furniture should be replaced, otherwise the sideboard does not look nice without glass doors. Well, you should have a bigger TV for such a room.

There are no questions about rooms with amenities, everything is fine (the only thing that needs to be warmed up is the boiler). Rooms without amenities, like a dorm, smells bad, shared toilet and shower, there is no paper in the toilet.

We stayed in June 2020 in a 2-bed room. Everything is fine, the room is two-room, very spacious rooms and a bathroom, ceilings are 4 meters!. The room is equipped with everything necessary and moreover - we were pleasantly surprised to see a set of dishes, a kettle! (We had breakfast right in the room). 2 closets, dressing table with mirror, armchairs, sofa, table, refrigerator, TV panel. There are extra blankets in the closet. In general, I am surprised by the negative reviews. We travel a lot, and I have my own ideas about comfort, which few people write about - for example, an unheated bathroom with good ventilation, sound insulation that allows you to sleep, a normal mattress, hot water pressure that does NOT switch from boiling water to ice every second. So, in "Postavy" all of the above was fully implemented. Perhaps someone's aesthetic feelings are suffering because of the linoleum on the floor or plastic panels in the bathroom? but there is a beautiful lobby with stucco, spacious halls and corridors, a room of 30 meters. And the parking lot is not for three cars at all, by the way. By Minsk standards, 7 cars will definitely fit here))). The reception works like clockwork - we got through right away, booked instantly, checked in in half a minute.

We only needed to spend the night, we didn't need the facilities, so we stayed here so as not to overpay for something we weren't going to use. The only thing that was used from the add-on.services - parking on the territory under the cameras for 2.5 rubles))
The condition of the rooms was seen in the photo, we did not claim more, therefore, we have no complaints. Room equipment: beds with blankets, two pillows, table, glasses, chairs, bedside tables, wardrobe, carpet, washbasin, mirror, towels, sockets, PVC Windows. The room is very warm in summer in the heat.

I rented a room "Standard" for two people, the price is 28 rubles (the price corresponds to the quality). The room is so-so, maybe we can spend the night. The building style is Soviet. The hotel is the best place to "spend the night". We took a budget room, we needed to reconnect overnight, so the assessment is limited only to this room. The toilet was shared on the floor, and there was a washbasin in the room. Boiling water for tea was taken at the reception. In general, for the money, the conditions are acceptable. It was a little chilly, so the extra blankets were very welcome.

The hotel is terrible. One-room quadruple room No. 34. In addition to the beds, the room has a washbasin, a wardrobe and a table.
There is one toilet per floor. Kettle, refrigerator, Internet, TV: none of this. It feels like I didn't even get to the 90s of the last century, but to the 60s. The only thing for which I put 2 stars and not one is the pleasant staff. This city deserves a better hotel. And so, next time, we will avoid it. ☹️
