The errors on the car panel were removed automatically, one was removed when leaving the box, the second was with me in the city. (Ivan loaded it to adjust the steering wheel rotation sensor on the steering rack + camber, etc. And I just wanted to sort out the starter. After the bulkhead of the starter, it did not start as they said (????) I had to alter the immobilizer (this is generally a military secret, as I said) in short, I left almost with a payment of 1 thousand rubles. I understand everything this is a car, but prices and service of course - to dilute the client to the maximum repair also unnecessary. No one will release a car with a repair of 100 rubles.

After the diagnosis, we were told that we needed to change almost half of the car. When asked what was knocking on the wheel, they replied that they were not clairvoyants. I don't recommend this service station to anyone, it's just terrible.

За заглушку во впускном коллекторе насчитали просто невиданную сумму. Пареллельно Плачу за работу электрика, который проверяет катушки зажигания и причина оказывается не в них. Зачем тогда мне компьютерная диагностика если вы проверяете всё методом тыка? Нужно было и коробку мне снять-поставить и написать, что причина не в ней.Потом пытались рассказать мне о том, что вихревые заслонки обломались, которые я удалил два года назад. За снятие вакуумных трубочек с коллектора 55 рублей!!! Можно я пойду к вам работать и снимать трубочки? Был не в городе, заказ наряд якобы запрещено скидывать. Отвратительное обслуживание. Говорю, что с таким подходом потеряете клиента, а мне в ответ: если вам что-то не нравится, это мы вас брать не будем, а если и возьмем, то уже с предвзятым отношением. В общем в этот сервис больше принципиально обращаться не буду. Кому интересны их расценки, прилагаю.

Привет всем. Никогда не жаловался, но накипело. Скажите, как можно в этом городе обращаться в автосервис N.R.G. На вывеске написано супер СТО. Но я лучше, не дай бог что-то случится, отдам машину в гараж последний, чем туда. Машина редко ломается, если и ремонтировал, то не в Орше. Полетела пневмоподвеска загнал, на свою голову, туда. Обещали сделать за три дня, по итогу через 11 дней забрал машину в таком же состоянии и счетом на 3200 оттуда и загнал в Минск. Подушку они ремонтировали в Минске, отремонтировали некачественно, ежедневно рассказывали сказки, что вот вот и сделают. По итогу поставили ее и все равно машина садилась. Мне же сказали, что это не их вина, что там так отремонтировали. Хотя раз они взяли машину, то , по идее, должны отвечать за ремонт. Общение на нуле, написали кучу всего, что не делали, директор общается, как быдло, кроме денег ему ничего не надо вообще. Ничего не отдали из того, что меняли. Написали медную обработку деталей в Минске ее не нашли вообще. Мой совет. Никогда и не под каким предлогом туда не обращайтесь. Я не конкурент, никогда не ругаюсь, не жадный. Но такое я вижу впервые. Кому интересно в лс расскажу подробнее. И после этого только я залез в отзывы и почитал о них. Ни одного хорошего. Обходите стороной. Всем всего хорошего. Кроме них…
Являюсь постоянным клиентом на протяжении трех лет данного автосервиса. Внимательный персонал, всегда оперативно приходят на помощь, качественно выполняют работы, не заставляют долго ждать, всегда консультируют по телефону по видам работ, стоимости, наличию запчастей в их магазине. Если запчасти отсутствуют, оперативно привозят ( на следующий день, как правило).

Отличный сервис,недавно была проблема с развал схождение колес ,я приехал на сервис там был мастер приёмщик , я ему рассказал проблему автомобиля,загнали авто в боксы и их сотрудник произвел диагностику и развал схождение колес,назвал проблему,и я эту проблему устранил и все работает,а вот в другой фирме которой я обратился до этого ничего не решили проблему с развал схождение колес, название называть небуду, Очень отличные сотрудники, особенно мастер приёмщик Дашкевич Е,да и сотрудник который смотрел автомобиль,да и вообще сервис ваш отличный,рекомендую!
машина мазда заглохла на трассе недалеко от границы на стороне Белоруссии, эвакуатор привез в этот сервис. Машину принимал Евгений Дашкевич, разбирался с ней Игорь, не спросил фамилию. Быстро подключились, нашли проблему и через 4 часа уехал домой. В минус 25 градусов доехали хорошо до дома, это было еще 6 часов дороги. Ребятам большое спасибо. И вообще, очень хорошее впечатление о людях, которые там работают. Надо было затолкать машину в бокс, ребята собрались мгновенно со всех боксов чтобы помочь. Спасибо всем еще раз!!!
Был найден и выбран через Гугл при поиске эвакуатора. С заменой двигателя справились на ура. По мере ремонта ведут общение через ватсап и предостовляют фотографии по просьбе. Конечно есть и косячки, но это как и в любом другом большом автосервисе связано с большим объёмом работ. В целом рекомендую.

Обычная провинциальная мойка с московскими ценами. Найти что-либо адекватное не успел, тк надо было отмыть авто от всяких прилипших тварей. Помыли так себе. Плюс одна звезда за приличное кафе с Wifi.

Делал машину зонда цивик, меня передние опорники и пружины. По итогу проехал 1к км, затарахтел перед. Приехал на другое сто, а у меня пружины не зафиксированы, они просто крутятся руками, они там висят. По итогу опорники заказывать придётся новые, т.к. этим опа. Плюс возможно убил стойки. Крайне недоволен работой. На следующий день причём приехал на это сто, жаловался на посторонний шум, была другая смена. мне сказали у тебя все хорошо, просто трутся пружины об стакан, мол они толстые. Попал я короче с вами речь на ещё один такой же ремонт… спасибо блин большое. Жду опорники, если кому интересно, выложу фото. Если вдруг при разборе причина будет не в вас, извинюсь и поменяю оценку.
Не правильно установили опорные подшипники. Они полностью не стояли в пыльнике и были не по метка . Из за вас я потратил еще 500р.б.
Если хотите потратить много денег и остаться с теми же проблемами у авто, с которыми приехали на СТО, вам на NRG. Если кто помнит миниатюру Аркадия Райкина "Кто сшил костюм?" - это вот прям в точку. Нам лично заменили всё, что можно было, месяц кормили обещаниями, что всё будет в огне, но увы и ах чуда не случилось .. Уважаемые сотрудники чудо-автосервиса NRG, мне кажется, было бы куда более честно сразу сказать, что вы не понимаете в чем причина и посоветовать искать специалистов, способных разобраться в проблемах нашего авто, чем выкачивать из людей деньги, оставляя ужасное впечатление после сотрудничества с вами.
Хорошее обслуживание. Квалифицированный персонал. Приветливый администратор, который умеет помочь советом с необходимым и оптимальным комплексом необходимых услуг. По предварительной записи ожидания нет.
