Maybe my review will be useful for someone. By chance, I found an advertisement on the Internet that the employment center provides free hairdressing courses. I decided to drive up there, there are practically no people there. The employee came out with a strong surprise, where did I find out about their courses. To enroll in the courses, you need to register as unemployed and fill out a bunch of paperwork.I went through the window to another employee of the center. I looked at my work record and my diploma of higher education. They said while the group is gathering, we are not sitting around, looking for work. I offered super salesman vacancies in the Santa and Gum store :) I gave directions to go to interviews anyway. The allowance is one basic per month! At the moment, as much as 40 rubles))
Before the start of the course, they give directions where to practice. I decided on a place, and the girl who runs the barbershop said that their courses from the employment center do not teach anything, there is no practice. At that time, a girl who graduated from these courses worked for them, and she confirmed that yes, there was little practice and knowledge. And they began to retrain her from scratch. I decided to check it out anyway.The group was assembled in a month from 7 people. The courses are provided by the college in Vaupshasov. The training lasts for 8 months. A lot of unnecessary activities like economics, philosophy, etc. After going to two classes, I already realized that the girl from the barbershop was right.
As a result, I had to return 65 rubles to them for two days of training, because I terminated the contract for no good reason)) That is, if a person simply did not fit these courses, this is not a valid reason for them.That's the kind of free training. When asked why this particular amount, no one from the center gave me a clear answer. Although the contract does not specify the amount of tuition.Advice for those who want to go to their courses. Read the contract carefully and specify immediately how much lava you will owe them if you suddenly want to terminate it!
I'll speak for myself. Young people with education and not only have nothing to do and look for here. Nothing good will be offered or prompted here. It is easier to find employment and work on the Internet by yourself. As for the hairdresser's courses, it's better to find paid ones where you will be given a good base and practice.

I.e., the husband will not be given a certificate stating that his wife does not stand at their labor exchange to receive maternity benefits! A type of law has been issued on personal data. The law may have come out, but its applicability in this situation is absolute nonsense. Not to mention that this is a big problem if there are more than one small children, including infants.... the 21st century is in the yard, and we collect all the papers!!!! That there is no reason to go to them with two infants, they said, the rest go and nothing... If they hadn't demanded this piece of paper from you, no one would have come to you! By the way, there are no visitors in the building itself, but it is not accepted to pick up the phone by phone number!!! In general, the service is "0", the ratio is the same.

But in my profession, where I wanted to go to study for a year and a half, no one has applied. Their answer is sorry, we can't send you alone. Why is it that if a person wants to unlearn and learn a new profession, then it is not possible for them.

I, a person with 2 higher educations, was offered to attend courses for trolleybus drivers, a hairdresser... well, or go to the collective farm on the stones)). What is this all about, why are they sitting there at all??? And the directions they give for employment are no more important than used toilet paper. That you came with a direction, that without - the same. In general, - no one and nothing will definitely help you there. All normal vacancies are only by acquaintance and they will definitely not reach the so-called Employment Center. But the aunts sitting there (they are sitting and doing nothing, because there are absolutely 0 visitors there) receive a po and do not blow into their moustache.

I came for a certificate stating that I am not registered as unemployed. A nice woman suggested where to click and which ticket to take. The certificate was issued by another pleasant woman. Everything went quickly, clearly and smoothly. It took me a couple of minutes.👍

A hole is a hole, after visiting this place you understand why there is no official unemployment in Belarus. The bureaucracy is off the scale, don't come here, no one will help you with employment. The first quest is to collect a huge package of documents, including certificates from your previous job, so that you can still be registered. This largely explains that they are screening out a huge number of people, they have one and a half disabled people and two yesterday's schoolchildren registered, which they still had to enroll. If you have been in prison, you can also apply there, you may be registered, but they will not find you a job. The second point is that their directions have no legal force, they do not oblige you to hire a person, with the same benefit you can just look for a job on tut.by or about pratsa bai, without humiliating yourself. Unemployment benefits are very low, the lowest in the world according to statistics. It is mandatory to work on community service, for a penny you will perform hard physical labor. All those humiliations and bureaucracy that you will go through here are not worth the rubles that you will be paid, this allowance will not even be enough for food. There is a lot to tell about rudeness in this institution. Therefore, I will just write a boorish person works here. This center is just a picture for reporting, no real work is being done, no one will help you here. Do not waste your precious time, look for a job without unnecessary hassle, that is, without contacting the center.
