Where, almost nightly, a certain stratum of fairly young citizens gets drunk and actively leads, to put it mildly, an unrighteous life in a wide variety of forms. And between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. (and on weekends and holidays – all night long), groups and crowds literally fall out at the intersection with the International, proclaiming the neighborhood with drunken screams and female screeching, cool obscenity, with smashing dishes and periodic skirmishes among themselves. Along the entire adjacent stretch of the International Road, and at times clogging the intersection itself, personal cars of the coolest brands (up to Maybach) with drivers, as well as taxis (in the photo there is still a relatively harmless night picture) drive up and wait for them. So that, a few hours after a stormy night (or rather, many nights) of constant drinking, with all this, accumulated here, hmm, "intelligence" and "state of mind" to come to work, very responsible (judging by the cars). Or not to work at all – but then you have to take a lot of money somewhere - for such a "celebration of life". And what, all these people live and work this way (is it?) according to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus? Its current laws, regulations, procedures, traditions and customs?
