It is impossible to get through to the accounting department. They pick up the phone and reset it.Some kind of sharashkin's office.70 calls were made in 2 days, none were answered
It is difficult to imagine a more mocking procedure for pensioners to receive basic information services, not to mention any certificates, at the Kiev district office of the Kharkiv Pension Fund. The Soviet queues for sausage here seem just ridiculous. I am a pensioner. I have been going to this institution for two days in order to get the simplest certificate of the amount of my pension. It would seem that it is easier, it takes 15-20 minutes. After all, the size of my tiny pension is not a military secret and this information does not pose any threat to either the Fund or the state. But that was not the case. Standing (or sitting) in an endless queue among the same grandparents looking at a single door with hopelessness, and at young loafers breaking through this very door without a queue - this is what I have been watching these two days. To top off this torture, exhausted people are told that we also have a break here from 12-00 to 13-00, so don't sit around too much. And this is despite the fact that the city authorities have been ringing all winter about the opening of the so-called "Center for the Formation of International Ambassadors" and now everything can be instantly received just in one window, or in general, you can order many certificates simply via the Internet. The lie is shameless.

Terrible attitude towards pensioners. People wait in line all day, and when they get to an appointment, employees wave them off, but they are rude without explaining anything. For some reason, it was in the Kiev region that pensions were increased for many by 10-20 UAH, in other areas by 100-300 UAH, with absolutely identical pensions and seniority. Many are outraged and are going to complain further. Employees are trying to convince them that this will not do anything.
