The work of the Department is organized at the highest level. Even if there are queues, many specialists are accepted and you do not have to wait long, including registration itself is fast. If you have any questions, the specialist will explain everything very politely and competently.

About 4 minutes later, I was already in the right office and handed over the document in a minute (change of the head of the LLC). Maybe it came at a good time, right after lunch. The staff is discreetly polite, as it should be in such institutions. I set aside at least 30 minutes for this procedure, then a meeting was scheduled, which took about 20 minutes to get to the place. And here I went through everything in 5 minutes and even sat in the car for a while, because I didn't need to rush to the meeting - I had a lot of time left.
In the building on the ground floor, you take a ticket. You're waiting in line. It lights up on the scoreboard, which office to go to. The offices are on the second floor. But there are 2 wings in the building - left and right, and it is not signed at the bottom which wing has which offices. You go up to one wing, if you didn't guess correctly, you run back.
Any issue can be solved - and this is the most important thing. In general, everything is clear and constructive, if you don't know something, they will explain and help you. The work is well organized.
