And instead of help, I heard rudeness, a raised tone, some explanations for the previous month, for which everything had been found out for a long time, a demand to name my account number: new????old????, although all these data are a priori in the collection, coming up with the most ridiculous explanations to justify their mistakes. And a wonderful phrase: "I do not consider it necessary to apologize to you" and "we did a favor last time by transferring your pension to the post office." Seriously? I was counting. That she earned a pension with her long and impeccable work. And I don't need mercy and rudeness from Sobes. I was openly bullied and insulted.
After talking with Kaminskaya, I had to take medicine to avoid going to the hospital.
