We were in February. The hotel is old, but it has everything you need: a washing machine, a stove, a refrigerator, a floor dryer and so on. There were no complaints and they were cleaned every day. However, in October we went to the same hotel and every day we had to ask for something: water, coffee, toilet paper...We had to knock it all out with a fight. I don't know what it was. But in general, the price and quality correspond. It's not bad for a budget hotel, plus it's a 15-minute walk to Cornish Beach, which makes life a lot easier
A great hotel, don't even doubt it. All the staff is polite, helps with all questions. We are ready to make small concessions without unnecessary persuasion. Cleaning is daily, water and tea/coffee are brought to the room. The room has a kitchen, everything works, there are enough kitchen utensils. There is a gym
It is located in an active part of the urban environment, there are many dirty alleys nearby, the beach is within walking distance, to put it mildly, not very much.
The hotel itself is at the entrance "-can I connect Wi-Fi to turn on the translator?" "Wi-Fi only after payment"👎👎👎 this immediately sent this separate one down) the room is cleaned superficially, a lot of dirt can be seen with the naked eye, the kitchen with the smell of ingrained fat, the built-in refrigerator is better not to open, very dirty, really There is a clean new one next to it. The room has a microwave, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, oven and stove, we don't know what works!) we used only an iron, a TV and an air conditioner.
There were no towels in the room, I had to ask, they brought clean, but with stubborn stains, for a family of three, husband, wife and child, they put 1 shower gel, one shampoo + conditioner (the quality of shampoo and conditioner is terrible), a shower cap is also one, sticks, etc also for one, but two soaps) true, water was regularly given from the hotel, but it was necessary to additionally remind that we need water. The hotel itself looks old inside, there are ashtrays in the corridors, thank you that no one smoked on our floor. The room is huge, two-room + kitchen, lots of closets, but it would be better if it was perfectly clean, smaller. In general, my eyes are on the top three. In the region of 5 thousand per day, 0 meals, this is a big minus ... very dirty
Positive points: good location, large room with kitchen and washing machine.
Negative aspects: the used towels were taken away and new ones were not brought despite the request. There are only two plates in the kitchen. One glass for two. There are no dishwashing detergents. It's not very clean. There's a construction site nearby. It's been noisy since morning.

They were in November 2024. We found old problems on previous visits, and this time we were pleasantly surprised by the positive changes! Floor lamps have been updated, the equipment is new: a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, an extractor hood, everything works fine, the dishes were all new, there were even spatulas for cooking, there is a full-fledged dryer for things. The bed linen is also new, not worn out, the towels are snow-white, a full set and changed every day. Additional advantages of the room: very good sound insulation, only the occasional squeak of chairs on the floor was heard from the neighbors. Ventilation is good, there is always a feeling of oxygen, the air conditioner also works perfectly. Comfortable mattresses and, most rarely, comfortable pillows: low and medium height, soft, you get enough sleep. The staff began to respond much better to the client's requests, literally a minute after the call they brought everything they needed.
Now the cons: the management clearly has some kind of idea about cleanliness, cleaning is done every day, floors, bath, toilet sink are washed well, but the bathroom tiles themselves are quite dirty! And it's a mystery to me why there was enough money for new appliances and upholstery, but not for curtains for the bathroom? The second and biggest evil is cockroaches ! the old problem, we solve it by moving to another room, They moved us quickly, on the same day, but the fact remains.
The reception was also updated, they say the restaurant, but we were not there. The gym is small, but not bad.
There are many stops in different parts of the city nearby, from there there are many direct buses to the sights. Just around the corner of the same building is an alcoholic beverage store, the assortment is excellent, alcohol from budget to comparatively premium. The WTC shopping center is nearby, not ultra full, but quite a few clothing stores and outlets, food courts and a large Lulu supermarket. A public free beach is within walking distance, unless you arrived in the infernal heat, but this is not the best beach relative to the contingent, although it is equipped, and there are no complaints about water / sand, sun beds and umbrellas are also rented. There is a 63 bus from Lulu along the entire beach line, where you can choose another beach.
Summing up with regard to the hotel, I put 5 for the update and the efforts of the new management, but there are problems that need to be improved.
Nice hotel. Perhaps the best in terms of price-quality ratio. We took a one-bedroom apartment for 7k/night. Cleaning is frequent. The area is good. The beach and the promenade are just a few stops away. A good shopping center is a 10-minute walk away
First impressions are positive. The only drawbacks are the construction site outside the window, which is not visible, but audible. The rest is quite decent.
The price of accommodation is acceptable. The room has a kitchen and accessories. The service is not bad.Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to the beginning of the Corniche beach.Nearby bus stops 5 33 41 63 65 102 (goes to the airport).
We arrived at night, 2 rooms were booked, one 2-bed, the second 3-bed, in the end they did not find a reservation, our rooms were occupied by others. We waited 2 hours until we were settled, eventually settled in 2 double rooms (one of which is specially equipped for the disabled) in the absence of free 3-bed rooms, we asked for towels and bed linen 3 times from each room. And they brought it only the next day, for 3 days 2 rooms 1200 bucks, horror, we had no choice left there. In general, I would not advise you to stay there, the impression is not very good from the hotel and the staff, everyone seems to not care about the guests...
