DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT A RECEIPT! I was looking for a company to conclude a lease agreement (providing the legal address of the newly created organization). IP Lobanov Evgeny (uradress.by) issued a letter of guarantee and took a deposit of 100 rubles in cash. A little later I found out that when renting from an individual entrepreneur, you need to pay real estate tax and decided to sign a lease agreement with another company. Evgeny refused to return the deposit to me.
