It definitely does not pull at 5 stars. It is located next to a busy highway. A panoramic room is preferable to a regular one. Cleaning suffers. The cleaner did not replace the towels, but put the used ones as new in a pile. The breakfast is regular, not 5 stars. But the staff is good, everyone is trying to help. We complained about the cleaning at the reception, tea and desserts were brought to our room as a compliment.
The room is beautiful + plus a gorgeous shower, huge Windows, but the view from them is of neighboring houses, like in Biberevo! Now at your service: the pool in the basement is extremely small, going down on two different elevators is extremely inconvenient+ you need to buy a hat from them for 150rubles well, OK, we bought it! There is a hammam and saunas (included in the price of accommodation, and thanks for that, but I waited until I turned on the heating for 20 minutes, I didn't wait, I left) there is no kettle or capsule coffee machine in the room, as in the photo, there are no bathrobes either, thanks at least they put flip-flops.
Taxis are cheap, but it's terrible how long you will circle at the fork, there is a tram to the center nearby, the metro is very far by the way.
Breakfast is expensive and tasteless: omelette, plastic apples and bananas, creepy cereal and attention! Jacobs instant coffee in a 5* hotel, and it's for about 1000 rubles per person, it's better to go to a cafe nearby!
Next time I will choose another hotel and definitely not this chain.
The hotel does not correspond to the presented level. The rooms are terrible, the carpet stinks, the towels are equal, the faucet was broken, the bed linen was not changed, everything is stained and hairy. It is impossible to eat breakfast, there is no security at the hotel, the staff practically does not know English. Is this the Accor network???
