Not a bad hotel, to pass the time between flights. The sights are within walking distance.There is a bus or taxi to the airport. A ground-based metro station is being built nearby.

We arrived in Astana for Zemfira's concert and stayed at the mini-hotel "Urban". In general, it is a good place to stay overnight, but there are the following nuances that the hotel administration should take into account:
1. Basic services, I had to apply for necessary services like clean dishes, boiling water, a new towel and other things. The shampoo and shower gel were also very liquid, as if they had been diluted with water. At least there is no electric kettle in the rooms.
2. Pricing policy. On the phone, they give one information on prices and number of rooms, but in fact it is completely different.
3. They constantly ask you to leave the keys when you leave the room, while the administration is not responsible for the loss of things. I had to explain that we would return to the room, because at least our things were there.

We stopped for the night, checked in for 12 hours (6,000 tenge for 12 hours). Despite the fact that the hotel is being set up somewhere, we had a very comfortable room, with a soft bed, clean linen. Very interesting design in the rooms, we really liked it. And there was no smell in our room, nothing was flowing. If maybe it was before, it's not like that now. And the staff is very friendly. The aunts were polite, and I didn't want to swear. But this is a disaster, the room stank of a toilet, the toilet was leaking, it was cold, Soviet furniture. The space price is 2 times more expensive than a room in a 4-star hotel 500 meters away. I stopped only out of desperation, as everything else around was busy. Don't try to stay here for that kind of money
