I stayed at the hotel from November 25 to November 30, 2023, room 104, 1st floor. The hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi in a small park. The hotel as a whole and the room is very clean, snow-white bed linen and towels, comfortable mattress, cleaned daily. Slippers, bathrobe, refrigerator, kettle are provided in the room, 2 bottles of water are left daily. The staff is friendly and promptly solves all issues. Breakfast takes place in the basement from 8-11.00, the choice is good: omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, porridge, several side dishes, vegetables, sliced cheeses and sausages, ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, breakfast cereals, milk, jams, nuts, prunes, dried apricots, pastries, tea, coffee machine. If something ends, it is immediately added. There were always empty seats. In the bathroom, I will note the conveniently closing shower door, a set of shampoo, gel, soap., hair dryer. I recommend the hotel. I write in detail, because I choose hotels based on real reviews, in which the details of everyday life and nutrition are important to me.

I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the location is very good - close to everything. The rooms are quite comfortable. There is a nice park area, there are places to relax. The only drawback that I can point out is poor sound insulation. There are a lot of foreigners who behave like at home, a lot of noise. The price-quality ratio was satisfied. I recommend it!))

The hotel in the photo and in reality is heaven and earth.
Upon entering, it immediately feels like a dormitory, a student. Or a hostel.
Upon entering the room, I was surprised by the holes in the floor, very dirty walls. Surprisingly, the bathroom looked pretty clean and fresh. There is no sound insulation, the neighbors were shouting in the hallway at midnight and after that, we had to disperse them. In general, it would be tolerable to spend one night, if not for such a price. One of the advantages: the hotel is located in a small park.

Very nice hotel in Tbilisi. It is located on the territory of the park, which has various activities, clean rooms, the presence of a modest, but buffet included in the room rate. Overall, I liked it, I'll probably come back again.
One of the disadvantages is poor noise insulation with the corridor, but I wake up early and people starting to walk with cast-iron heels and oratorical voices did not bother me. And for those who would like to sleep before lunch, it is better to know about it 😉

Very poor sound insulation. The room was near the elevator, plus all the conversations could be heard from the hallway, you could hear the neighbors draining the toilet.
At breakfast, the staff skipped work, there were no cups, cheese and ham. I went into the kitchen to ask for cups - the staff girl was sitting idle. Then other guests made a remark that there were no cuts - after that she took out the food. Breakfast is not very varied as it is. .
From the good - a hotel in the park, Parking on the territory is still under construction, so I parked the car in the driveway for 5 lars.
The room is simple, but clean.
I probably won't stop here a second time.

Good location in the city, you can easily get to almost all places. At the same time, the area is more of an Arab or eastern quarter. Stylish bathroom. A huge breakfast ration, everything is delicious and with a large selection of buffets. Friendly staff! Because the hotel is located in a park, there is no direct car access, so if you have a suitcase, be ready to carry it along the alleys with stones to the hotel.

Tired hotel, with a good location. Couldn't take a shower because of a broken watering can that couldn't be fixed. The breakdown was clearly not fresh. Which elements are not on the tape, I can tell you- blue duct tape holds better.
And yes, you can delete this review, but you won't get any better.

Sooooo nice hotel. The area is nicer and cleaner than others. Its own large enclosed Parking for 10 GEL per day. Considering that all the street parking is paid around, it was a salvation.
Of the disadvantages, this is probably the presence of inter-dimensional doors. We were a company and occupied several rooms next to each other on the ground floor, and it was even convenient for us, but in another situation it was so-so.

Apart from the location, there are no more advantages. Crumbling rooms, dirty washed towels, meager breakfasts. The shower in the room is a separate story, water flows from everywhere except the watering can.

Well, what can I tell you, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel, but a hostel. We came with my wife, especially without children, so that we could get some sleep and relax. And that in the end, they ran away from this institution after the first night.
1. The room is very small, there is no kettle, there are no bathrobes, although there are no cosmetics and there are slippers. In general, the room itself is 2.5-3 stars, but the most interesting thing began in the evening…
2. The doors and walls are made of cardboard, literally not, the audibility is just great, absolutely everything and everyone on the floor can be heard.
3. On my floor, some Pakistani man with a baby suffered for hours until 12 at night, 3 doors from mine, and on the other side of the corridor, it felt like everything was happening in front of my door.... Okay, children are sacred, although I SPECIFICALLY left my children to sleep....
4. Well, okay, the Pakistani kid fell asleep, Now the black-lipped one began to rummage from room to room with her already grown-up children, at about 2 a.m. Here my nerves could not stand it, and I explained in a cultural way, fortunately I speak English, that I hate 2 things in life, racism and blacks.
Almost caused an international scandal.
5. We survived this joyful night, fortunately after my promises to cut off the Negro and his whole family's heads, no one else on the floor made any noise, but it was breakfast time and after seeing what was being offered, my wife and I immediately moved out. No, if you like sausages for breakfast, and that's basically all, then everything is fine, but I'm already an old, harmful grouch who appreciates choice. That's why this place is definitely not about me. Moreover, for money like this hostel, there are plenty of normal hotels in the area.
