⛔️ BAD sides:
1. If you didn’t use CUT DOWN option - be ready to OVERPAY a lot. Be ready to pay for 10kg delivery (90$), even if your parcel is around 2kg or less. A lot of people here have this problem. It was better before as i see in reviews section.
2. They will send few of your packages AS ONE.
Even if it’s like 5 small different orders and boxes - their price will be SUMMED UP, and you’ll pay like it’s 1 parcel (20 gel + 18% tax). And their answer is like “Dear customer, it is what it is” 🤡
3. Parcels can stuck at customs and you can’t do anything about it.
❎ GOOD sides:
1. Easy to pay for delivery
2. Good looking office and nice workers at the reception
3. Easy to take your package from warehouse IF it’s processed by stupid customs.
So do not really recommend, high chance of getting bad experience. This company needs money more then keep their customers.
