We had a rest with 2 families with children from 22.04 to 28.04.2024. We were very satisfied. Everyone found a place to sleep. The most important thing for us was the children's leisure time. Special thanks for the sandbox! There are even rabbits living here, which were allowed to touch and feed with carrots. The house has air hockey, table football, and for adults - billiards, sauna, barbecue with a canopy (in the evenings we were there). Bath lovers will appreciate it, because there is even a mini pool (font).
Since we traveled everywhere by car, we appreciated the location of the cottage itself - it is very convenient. There is a great big store nearby-the Green shopping center, as a result, only everything was bought there. Not far from the historical and cultural complex Stalin Line, I advise you to visit.
If we go with a large company, then only to you.

The place is just great! A full-fledged cottage with five bedrooms on the second floor, dishes, cutlery, karaoke, air hockey, barbecue, firewood, sauna - there is everything you need for relaxation and activities. We will definitely come back again as soon as possible!

Last week we had a rest in the Andreevsky cottage, a fairly large company-19 people.
There are very good memories: order and cleanliness everywhere, a wonderful living room and kitchen, comfortable rooms, a wonderful bathhouse, in general everything you need for a comfortable stay.
With the owners of the house, Eugene and Tatiana, all issues were easily resolved, very pleasant people.
Next time we will definitely stop here.

A great place to relax near the city, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet and cozy place. The friendly staff has created all conditions for a good rest. A clean house with a good repair that has everything you need and even a little more. I also liked the sauna with billiards. There is a fenced lawn behind the house where children can safely play, even without supervision. In general, I liked everything very much. I recommend.

I liked the estate, entertainment for every taste. Everything is clean and tidy. Of the minuses, the TV did not work well, it was impossible to connect karaoke. And you can't make noise from 22.00 to 8.00, apparently on the street, because no one complained about the noise in the house. The guys really liked the sauna.

A great alternative to a hotel! We drove through Minsk with my wife once and only expensive rooms were left in hotels. We found this cottage on the map to spend the night. For 50 Belarusian rubles per person, we were given a room with a toilet. The house was empty, we used the kitchen, played a little air hockey. According to the owners, weekends are almost always busy, and it's not a problem to come on a weekday. One drawback - you can't pay in Russian rubles, we transferred it to the card so as not to look for an exchanger.

We had a rest for the May holidays with a large company. Everything was great! A huge house with a kitchen with all necessary utensils, a refrigerator, etc. The house is very clean, everything is thought out and neat. There is a sauna. It's very cozy. There is everything for a great holiday: an equipped kitchen, a banquet hall, 5 or 6 bedrooms, a sauna with a font, billiards, a playground. We got special pleasure from communicating with rabbits😊 Convenient access, not far from the MKAD. Sooo hospitable hosts. Our vacation was a great success. I recommend.

It is a very good option to stay with a large company in Minsk as an alternative to a hotel / apartments. Right behind the Mkad, 15 minutes by car to the center. Everything is perfectly equipped inside, technologically and comfortably. You can buy eggs from the owners.
The most important and incomprehensible drawback: the complete absence of any means of locking internal doors in ALL bedrooms and bathrooms!!! Well, it's just very uncomfortable to control whether an uninvited guest will come to your toilet...

They regretted very much that they entrusted the wedding to be held in this manor.
The host's attitude towards the guests is terrible, customer orientation is at zero. Constant supervision throughout the entire period of stay. It seems as if you are being watched and waiting for any reason to find something to complain about and keep the deposit amount for yourself.
The manor itself does not seem very outdated at first glance, but after spending a little time there, you notice old creaking beds, broken wiring, cracked windows, a broken porch, because of which two people fell during the day, including a child.
I do not recommend this estate for events, due to the unsatisfactory condition of the estate and the lack of hospitality.

It's a disgusting place. Ruined the wedding evening, without evidence! they accused my guests of launching firecrackers/fireworks and did not return the deposit. This is not their first practice! Read Sergey's review from 2020. All one in one! A neighbor appears, who calls the precinct officer. Moreover, the neighbor knows perfectly well the amount of the fine for firecrackers, prescribed in the personal agreement between me and the landlord, which clearly hints. We listened to the accusations for half the evening, and in the morning during the eviction we heard "Well, you're not offended, are you?". The amount prescribed on their website was irrelevant (45 rubles per person, not 40), they consider absolutely everyone, no matter if people spend the night or not. They reproached the presence of a presenter and a DJ who controlled the sound as much as possible, for which we even unexpectedly heard praise from the same host, which turns out to be well done guys. Before that, all the nerves will be shaken out! Plus, it turns out that the owner did not generously ask for payment for them, although it turns out to be implied. Consider this, too.
The manor is in a run-down state, broken windows, loose tiles on the steps where my younger brother fell! Exposed wires are sticking out, the ax for chopping wood is broken. Having chosen because of the close location, we managed to regret it 100 times. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The anniversary of the brother-in-law was celebrated. I really liked that the house has a game room (air hockey, table football), a billiard room. Beautiful interior, large spacious living room and kitchen, plenty of space for dancing, comfortable beds. It was nice to relax. There is also a sauna in the manor (but we did not pay for it and, accordingly, cannot evaluate it). In one bedroom there is a cot, a sandbox and a swing in the yard, as well as a living area with a rabbit and chickens)) You can also come with children.

It's a great place. It is well maintained, cozy, everything is at home: knives, dishes, plates, etc. the barbecue is covered, so the weather is not a hindrance. The bathhouse is sooo frisky that I was able to enjoy it when it started to cool down. There is a small swimming pool after the sauna, billiards and bath accessories. Making noise after 10 is highly discouraged - gentle neighbors, fireworks are not allowed. A lot of attention for children's recreation: toys, a sandbox swing. There are rabbits. Sound insulation is standard (not empty plywood walls). 12 rubles taxi from Minsk. The deposit is taken very carefully by the house, it's good that nothing was broken)

I really liked the manor itself. But the attitude of the owner himself spoiled the whole rest and mood. Constant monitoring and supervision is neglected! In no case do not leave a deposit, because even loud music or any nuance after 22:00 boils down to the fact that you will not return your money. Fictional stories begin about the district police officer who issued a fine and will have to pay a deposit. Then a neighbor appears who allegedly called this precinct officer. It smells like fraud. We celebrated 30 years of a friend, got into this situation and were just shocked, $ 100 went into the pocket of an unscrupulous owner (I said I decided so and we can only take it through the court). They left cleanliness and order behind, they didn't break anything, but they told us that we were cleaning the whole house....and.
