It is difficult to call this place a landmark, because the building houses either a school or a boarding school. It seems to be a simple rural school. We arrived here in the summer on a weekday at 17.00. They couldn't even get into the territory, the gates were locked. Well, the phone was recorded on the gate, they called. They told us there was practically no one there in the summer, only a watchman, and he wouldn't let us in there even during the day. In general, there is nothing to do here, just take your time. So it is not clear to me why this estate should be positioned as a landmark if it is impossible to look at it up close even from the outside (well, there is simply nothing to do and look at inside). Something like that...
