A family of 2 adults and 2 children vacationed in August 2024. And we really liked it, I don't understand the low ratings, especially considering the cost of living. A wonderful fazenda, the feeling that he had come to his country house.
We lived in a large cottage, there was no one else on the territory except us. I don't know about the other houses, but ours was great, the refrigerator is running at full capacity, there is hot water, the boiler heats up. The house is built with a soul, I want to consider every detail.
A lot of dishes, blankets, pillows were found in the closet, three sets of bedding were provided to us.
There were no mosquitoes, there were biting flies, but only 2 pieces flew into the house during the whole vacation.
The lake is 5 minutes away on foot at a leisurely pace, there are steps into the water, the bottom is sandy. We took saps with us, had a great time.
The gazebo is closed, there is a brick barbecue, skewers.
I confirm everything with photos.
Yes, there are small breakdowns in the house, the bathroom is not like in 5 * in Turkey, but there is a shower, a toilet in the house. It definitely does not interfere with relaxing in nature in such an amazing place.
And the owner settled us with dogs, he keeps dogs and loves them, so in general, thank you very much!

1. I advise you to bring your own bed linen and towels. I would also take my pillows and blankets, but this is a personal matter for everyone ...
2. The refrigerator barely works. The freezer does not freeze.
3. A lot of dishes with chips.
4. In the hall, after the rain, the ceiling flowed in two places. And it's on the ground floor. The owner said there's nothing upstairs, so it's okay. It went on like this for three days. The jars were set up like in the good old days.
5. The floor in the hall is sagging. I hope that unlike the ceiling in the room, it will be repaired before someone falls.
There was a feeling that the main thing was to settle more people and take money. And quality is a completely different matter . We won't go there anymore
And also take mosquito fumigators with you. Mosquito nets are not on all windows.

We lived in a small house, for the price- very good. Konstantin greeted us very cordially, told us and explained, a very polite and adequate person. The house has cutlery, plates, mugs. Each house has its own barbecue. The toilet and shower are outside, but we were warned about this in advance, so no questions asked. On the territory of the fazenda there is a gazebo, a summer kitchen, a garden swing, a sauna. The bathhouse was heated by the owner of the fazenda himself, provided with firewood) Naroch is literally a 3-minute walk away. On the downside, it was quite cold in the house, we slept under 2 blankets and turned on the heater. But if you go in the summer, it will be great. Thank you for your hospitality!)

We rested on the fazenda , it 's a long way to go to the lake, the water flows badly ( you won 't be able to wash your head ) the toilet doesn 't flush . Take drinking water from the tap, you can't even get it into the kettle. The bed is dirty!!!

We had a rest at the weekend at the Fazenda))) Everything is super great, very adequate host Konstantin, told and explained everything))) The house is at the highest level!!! Everything is themed. The lake is very close, the resort village itself is just around the corner. The whole territory is divided into recreation and comfort areas, gazebos are equipped with everything necessary))) Wonderful swings and atmosphere for 10 points!!!

It's a terrible place. The refrigerator does not freeze. The bed linen is torn and they tried to sew it several times. There's nothing to breathe, a small window and that's it. Not mattresses, but bedding on the beds. My dog sleeps on a comfortable and readable bed))) I don't recommend it. The owner is a liar. The amenities are so-so. The shower faucet does not work, there is no toilet paper, etc. Do not come here if you do not want to spoil your vacation!!!

I can't say anything about the whole estate, since we were on the train and stopped for the night. The owner kindly met us, brought a towel, showed us everything and told us. We spent the night in the attic room. Everything is clean, not richly furnished but interesting. There are all the dishes. Outside, there was a separate kitchen for us, a gazebo, a barbecue, a clean stove, a sink with cold water. The room had a refrigerator, a kettle, and a small coffee maker. The toilet and shower are outside, heated. We went to two families. Next door, a family was resting in a house with an entrance on the other side. I would not like to live in such a room for a long time. But we spent the night and left with positive emotions . There are a lot of greenery on the territory, cats)

A wonderful place! Incredibly beautiful places!!! Honestly, I didn't even expect that you could see such beauty somewhere! Here, you will really feel complete unity with nature! The owners of the Fazenda are incredible people! Guys, who writes that they are rude, but have you tried to find a common language? No show-offs, but purely humanly! After all, you understand that as you treat people, so do they treat you👍
The rooms are beautiful, homely, full of Relaxation and romance.
The hostess prepares a delicious breakfast, we ate everything and asked for more😁
If you are waiting for all inclusive and refreshing napkins on the beach, then you are in Turkey!
And if you want to enjoy the protected areas of Belarus and feel unity with nature, then you are definitely here 👍

What is in the photo and description does not correspond to reality. We rented a large house:
1. The lock to the toilet is broken (shared bathroom, washbasin and toilet in the same room, it is impossible to close!!!)
2. There was no hot water in fact. You wait for a cold one for 5 minutes and a warm one only flows for 2 minutes
3. The pool is only in the photo. Dirty and flowing.
4. I couldn't melt the bathhouse, because people lived in the next house
5. The bed linen did not fit the size
6. The locks in the rooms were jammed. One day I couldn't get out because of a broken latch
7. In the heat, the underfloor heating in the kitchen worked, the owner could not turn it off
8. The sewer and drain are clogged
9. Next to a large house there is a poultry yard and sitting on a swing you feel a unique aroma
10. It is very dusty in the house, there are flies on the chandeliers ...
11. The lake is 7 minutes on foot. The geometry is incorrect in the ad
The attitude of the owner is surprising. Many things can be fixed in 30 minutes and without investments, but he basically did not want to fix anything.

I assess the point of view of a person living in a separate house. I saw the comments and it became clear that the problems causing the inconvenience were already a year ago - it's sad.
Our family is quite unpretentious, so the two-storey house is very good. The disadvantages are in it: 1) a creaking staircase, but wood tends to dry out, etc. we will write off natural building materials; 2) a refrigerator that breathes incense - it worked non-stop, making rustling sounds and was heard on the second floor.
The septic tank overflows quickly and its drainage adds unpleasant aromas, but it is even more annoying that the well opens to it and is an increased danger for small children, who still find it difficult to explain where to climb and where not. Hence the increased attention to children on the territory. There was no working pool, but it didn't bother me personally, on the contrary, the children didn't climb. But the fact that there was no protective fence on the trampoline was again an increased threat, and instead of letting the children inside and letting them jump, they had to stand over them. That is, even less rest from parental obligations. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the lake and this is with small children and a stroller, and an adult will get there faster. There is a pond nearby where you can go fishing. You can walk to the village store, but it is faster and more convenient to go to the nearest hypermarket, especially since vacationers will somehow get to the resort village of Naroch. There were two good TNT and BelSat channels on the TV, the rest were TV shops - in any case, if it was advertising, then I didn't have the patience to wait for the content. But personally, these two channels were enough for me.
As a conclusion: check with the owners beforehand the important aspects of life for you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! : 07/08/2022 we ordered a large house, which is designed for a company of 8 people: the house is already "tired", the door does not lock in the toilet, the refrigerator barely freezes (the barbecue went bad, the ice cream in the freezer did not even freeze), sooo small water pressure, hot water comes late, you have to wait a long time while the boiler is heating up, in one of the rooms after the rain began to drip from the ceiling, they turned to the owner - he did not take measures from the word "at all". The owner of the "Fazenda" is a cheeky person, rude, demands payment in full at the time of check-in, as he knows that there will be claims from vacationers, DEMAND a CONTRACT ON THE FIRST DAY OF CHECK-IN, ordered breakfast - breakfast does not correspond to what they offer. In this estate, the price does not match the quality

It's a disgusting place. We were in August 2019. I arrived ill, caught a cold in Vitebsk, with a strong cough. We booked a so-called Bungalow, this is a family house. They put us in a cold barn, there's no other name for it, cracks in the thickness of a finger, a shed made of planks. The nights were cold at +7 degrees. I asked for a heater, because it was very cold at home, they refused us. As a result, they slept in outerwear, in jackets under a blanket. The Internet is on a bench, next to the house, on the street, and it sucks, apparently from the master's house, we had to put the distribution ourselves from our phone. Because it's not comfortable to sit on the Internet in the evening in the cold. There are only Ukrainian channels on TV and THAT's IT! There is no other television there! The toilet with a shower is outside, the toilet is immediately clogged with a large arrival of guests. In the morning, the water did not drain at all, apparently the septic tank overflowed. A gas stove and a faucet with a cold wave outside is a kitchen type. The prices for breakfast are 10 bol.rubles per person, this is 320 rubles in Russian rubles, for a handful of pancakes. The reviews generally wrote. that one is fat and not food. We left in the morning with a feeling of relief that we were escaping from this barn. And the atmosphere itself is not comfortable. I do not recommend it! In any case, the Bungalow is for sure.

There is no WiFi. The shower is clogged. On the street. There are Ukrainian channels on TV. The ladder will hold it together. It is impossible to close the door at all without lifting it. The stove is outside. A bad barbecue projector. While we were frying the barbecue, we hit it 10 times. Bring your own grill, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. And in general, for such a price, the norms.

It's terrible! Parking is not on site, but in the field. The lake is 700 meters away, not 250, as the owners say. There is dirt in the rooms and in the surrounding area! The owner is rude and does not respond to the requests of vacationers. We ended up having to call the police.
