I don't know how to relax there, but the attitude towards my new employees is terrible!
My mother got a job there as an au pair, under certain conditions. They allocated a house for living and carefully put a washbasin there. I plowed there for 12 hours for a week, scrubbed the premises, washed the bathhouse, banquet halls, etc. The quality of cleaning, of course, was monitored very strictly. Which is understandable, decent wages were promised.
Seven days later, my mother couldn't stand the load... They were released without questions or complaints on their part, but they paid 60 rubles for all the days of work. When I brought my mother from Minsk and took her away, I spent more on gasoline... They said, "We put a washbasin in your house!"...

The territory is not well maintained. There is no normal parking for cars. There are abandoned buildings on the territory, piles of building material, construction mechanisms are on the paths. Some tracks also require repairs.
