Yes, it will cost accordingly, but keep in mind that you will only have to order and that's it. The owners do the rest. A convenient location -no outsiders present! It's a pity that we were in winter, it wasn't very nice outside, but there's also a children's area and a swimming pool. First, I will describe the advantages. A clean house with a huge living room and fireplace. Gas heating + air conditioning =heat🙂 Three separate bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room in the form of two large folding sofas. Clean bed linen and towels. I would like to note separately the presence of a spiritual cabinet and, for fans, a Russian oven. The convenient location of the bathhouse, without leaving the house on the street. A sufficient number of dishes and cutlery for large companies.
Now about the downside, Be prepared that not everything in the house is included in the rental price, for example, a Bluetooth speaker, a dishwasher, you also need to pay for firewood (besides those that were provided). We had enough firewood, and if all this had been included in the price at once, we would have been comfortable, but there was a strange sediment.

If you want to spend your vacation with a cozy and comfortable, then I advise you to take a closer look at this estate.
There were 16 people in our company, there was enough space for everyone on the terrace and in the banquet hall and sleeping places too. Everything is clean, neat and somehow homey or something.
The owners, Vladimir and Tatiana, are very nice and friendly people, did not bother unnecessarily.
There is a steam room, I really liked it, everything is neat and clean. Equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.
Tatiana, Vladimir, if you are reading this, then thank you very much for your work and care. If you remember, our company celebrated twenty years of graduation, all the guys, without exception, liked the estate very much.
