The company held a New Year's Eve meeting in 2025. The location is great, there are minor flaws. The hosts were great, it was cozy) I removed one star because of a few nuances, not all of us are perfect)) If possible, I would have given 4.5 stars. 1) In our (smaller) house, the stairs to the second floor are steep, and it's a little scary to go down. 2) I would like to have a separate steam room and sink in the bath) 3) it's time to repair or replace the grill) Otherwise, everything is fine) I really like to spend time in wooden houses.They have their own atmosphere) The stove was also heated, although there are radiators under the windows) it was very warm) Herbal tea and sweets with honey were waiting for us in the sauna. The location is good, there is a shop nearby, and the house itself is located almost on the shore of the lake) The courtyard can easily accommodate about 7-8 cars) There is a playground and a pond with fish, which, unfortunately, we would not be able to see, as it is winter and everything is frozen) Thanks for the rest)

A gorgeous manor house. It was filmed for 2 days. The woman has prepared the sauna perfectly, she is very polite. There is a lot of space for the company, a large plot. It's a pity I put a fishing rod out of the trunk before the trip, the staff on duty did not have it 😢 We had a cultural time with a company of 16 people , we didn 't break anything 🤣

I liked the manor! Designed for several companies. The sauna is modern, the bathhouse. There are rooms for overnight stays. Everything is clean, neat, and dignified. There are towels, slippers, hats in the sauna. Everything is ironed, aesthetically pleasing! The celebration room is all in eco-style, the kitchen is equipped. There are gazebos, a swimming pool (for summer). The territory is large, but cozy.

Everything is fine, a big house, dishes, towels everywhere. It's great outdoors in the summer. But there is one thing, it is not clear what houses are made of. The audibility is just crazy, the rooms are naturally nearby, you can hear people turning over on the mattress in the next room. And if someone is sprinkling, then it's for all the rooms. At least the rooms were soundproof. So everything is beautiful, good, but until night falls.

The owners are doing well - they are obviously trying to do their best for a comfortable stay (these are the new owners for the third year). According to the conversation with the hostess, they have a lot of plans. Two houses for living. At the same time, the location is such that, in general, other vacationers are not heard when you are outside in your gazebo at home. It should be noted that this is an agricultural estate in which there are legal noise restrictions on the street until 23.00 - later it will be possible to shout songs only inside the house) We are normal One of the disadvantages is that there is no normal approach to water. And the reservoir itself is not very bathing (dam) - not a lake.

The estate is compact but functional. 2 houses for living, a sauna, a steam room, a large gazebo for feasts, a gazebo for relaxation, board games and intimate conversations. There is a playground for children, a volleyball court, table tennis. There is also a descent to the lake. Houses with full amenities, toilet and shower one per floor. There are air conditioners. There are refrigerators, a stove, and dishes in the kitchen on the 1st floor. There were about 30 of us. We were comfortably accommodated. Check-in at 14.00, check-out at 12.00 the next day. There is a closed parking lot for cars on site.
