We were here in August. Well, what a beauty. Firstly, I was surprised by the layout on such a small area: there are two swimming pools, gazebos, sun beds, walking paths, cozy shady corners where hammocks hang. I was pleasantly shocked. And there is also a large pond with fish (only they swim in it). In short, it is a real resort. The house itself, where we settled in, is small, with a spacious bed, there is a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is minimal, but it's enough. The main treasure of this place is its territory. I highly recommend it to anyone who is passing through or has come to see Minsk.

A great place to relax, as well as if you came to Minsk on business matters. The owner is extremely friendly, there is a cool pool and a pond with huge beautiful carp.

Strangely, there are stars, but there are no reviews about the institution. Half of the photos do not correspond to reality, there are about 7 mini-barracks on the territory, which are made of cheap materials without observing technology. Moreover, the owner loves money very much, we paid 160, and he says he takes 190 bel. rubles per night. In order, in our bungalow, we will call it, there were floors that went in waves, the bed and sofa stood on stands because of this. It can be seen that the shower toilet was attached to the building later, separately, there is no sink and I had to wash in the sink in the mine kitchen, the shower is a potdon and a curtain, water flows onto the floor, which is already moldy and rotten. Inside, everything is done bluntly, faster and simpler, the table and chairs are outdoor, the curtains are a rag on a rope, the kitchen door is lopsided, dirty and smelled like a basement.

We arrived at the manor for a day. We had a 4-bed two-room house with a kitchenette. The owner not only made a discount upon check-in, but also heated the house to 25 degrees Celsius by our arrival (by the way, there are three heaters in the house). The kitchen has everything you need: an electric stove, pots, glasses, glasses, cups, a cutting board (by the way, very beautiful), tongs, several types of knives (!) - and everything is in excellent condition. All the dishes are clean, rags, sponges are clean, even the microwave was washed by our arrival so that it did not smell at all (although the presence of the smell of food in the microwave after other guests is a common thing). The house borders the neighboring house only through the bathroom, and the bedroom is isolated, so there will definitely be no babbling/snoring of the neighbor in the next room. In the evening and at night, the manor is very quiet. And it's very beautiful: at night, light bulbs light up everywhere. There is a pond with a variety of fish. For the convenience of guests there is a barbecue, gazebo, sun beds, swings and even a hammock. The territory of the estate is clean and tidy. I recommend this cozy place to everyone except for lovers of discos and night parties: please go to other places. You already don't know in which wilderness to hide from you and your music...

Very nice! But there are several disadvantages. The estate is located in a remote village, and the owner did not warn that there were problems with shops (we would have bought before arrival), and so we had to settle for a local small assortment, fortunately that we had a barbecue with us. It would also be good if they mowed the grass in the yard while unloading things from the car, "burned" with nettles. Otherwise, everything is unexpectedly beautiful! The swimming pond turned a little green, but it didn't stop us from swimming! There is a very beautiful fish pond on the territory and I really liked the arch with roses! We rented a two-level cottage. It's all clear! A working refrigerator, dishes in abundance. There is also a gazebo with a barbecue nearby. We had a great rest! The host is hospitable! And the disadvantages are not so critical. The main thing is the mood! And we had it)

A very unkempt place, a neglected pond, a house in terrible condition, a gazebo too, bed linen is stale, 2 towels for 4 people, houses look like guerrilla dugouts, garbage in gazebos with barbecue grills is not cleaned, nothing is cleaned at all. They left ahead of time.

Mini houses or something resembling them - in short, I do not advise, there is no wifi,spiders and wildlife, there is no hot water when all the houses start to use, there is probably one boiler, nothing good, I will not say anything for large houses, the carp in the pond are beautiful,this is all of the advantages

We had a graduation party, we wanted to create the perfect holiday atmosphere, everything would have been fine if it hadn't been for our mistaken choice of the malinniki estate...
At first, everything was fine, but the illusion of the first impression deteriorated quickly...
The water in the pool is dirty, it would not hurt to install a cleaning system ...
In country-type houses, a lot of insects run, similar to cockroaches or bark beetles, the bed linen smells disgusting, it is clearly not changed after each guest.The bathroom was dirty, the owner clearly ignores sanitary standards...
In the evening, the owner came to our table and seemed to be a fully cultured and educated person, it was very informative for us as a younger generation to listen to his life stories...at the same time, he consumed his alcoholic drink, similar to red wine...
Later he went to bed, and we continued to sit at the table and wait for dawn ...
Closer to 01:00, the owner is in a strong alcoholic state, goes out on the terrace, where we have every right to rest all night and begins to behave aggressively and provocatively. The Curator was with us and she tried to calm him down, we had to apologize for what we didn't do and listen to a lot of insults in our direction...We tried to calm him down and send him to rest...But it was useless, the guys from the neighboring house on the estate joined us, everyone tried to calm the rowdy, but unfortunately we had to listen to his lectures for about an hour, later he went to bed, and we finally said hello to the choice of this estate.

I do not advise the price of a maximum of 2T and 1.5. There is no hot water , the toilet is cold , the door does not close. a miserable house . I feel sorry for the people who come! Not worth it.

The territory is beautiful, not far from Minsk.Delicious breakfasts.The condition of the houses leaves much to be desired and there was a feeling when checking in that the bed linen was not changed after the previous guests.

A pretty good place and sooooo friendly hosts. They're trying. Although it is clear that the guest house is tired and needs updating. In general, we were traveling in a friendly and cheerful company, for our money, what we need is 100%. There are several cool attractions nearby. Minsk is 40 minutes away by car.

Cons: you can't make noise after 23 (it's very difficult, considering that people come there to celebrate holidays)
