An ancient building, it's a pity it's neglected and misused, everything is in disrepair, cars are disassembled on the territory, the park or garden is not visible at all, in a couple of years it will lose its historical value altogether. You can go look at it and wipe away a tear.
The place is not worth going. There's some kind of shop or a car service. Fenced and closed , there are a lot of cars in the yard . It took them a while to realize that the manor
A big minus for editors. I wanted to write a lot about what this building and the surrounding area were like in the fifties, but apparently they know more.
A historical place. The hostess gave us a good tour and sang beautifully to us

It is a pity that such places are not restored...nearby there is an estate in Fleuryanovo, Grushevka, it would be possible to build steep tourist routes
The estate used to belong to the Martinovskys and the Lopatys. It was built in 1847, when Romuald Lopot inherited these lands. Despite the fact that the estate was founded precisely under Romuald, other owners are often recalled – the Martinovs, who owned the Korenev region to the Shovels.
The manor belonged to the Lopot family until 1939, the last owner was Witold Lopot, who was buried with his family in Darevo. In Soviet times, a school was located here, and later the board of the collective farm.

Soon there will be nothing left of this place, unfortunately. The territory is fenced, some windows are boarded up. The balcony was once beautiful, but now it is on the verge of destruction. There's not much to see, it's a pity
