I studied in 1975-1982, when the building was in good condition.Then 10 years later, I don't remember anymore. Then a new school was built nearby, but there were fewer and fewer people going there. And the old school, the manor, was falling into disrepair.
Then, it seems, the Soligorsky salt works decided to make a recreation area for its employees, and reconstruction began. Well, then the crisis, inflation, crisis again, and it remained at this level.And so yes, the places are beautiful, it was possible to rebuild the dam in the neighboring village of Grozovok and a lake would be formed, much larger than it is now. It is fenced off and seems to be a long-running construction site with unclear prospects. But you can admire the scale of what a magnificent building it was.

It is difficult to consider this building, only through the fence. The same fence says that it is now private property and everything is prohibited.
Construction works are actively underway, but this is not a restoration. We can assume that another new model will appear. So there is no point in visiting this place at the moment.
