I studied in 1975-1982, when the building was in good condition.Then 10 years later, I don't remember anymore. Then a new school was built nearby, but there were fewer and fewer people going there. And the old school, the manor, was falling into disrepair.

Well, then the crisis, inflation, crisis again, and it remained at this level.And so yes, the places are beautiful, it was possible to rebuild the dam in the neighboring village of Grozovok and a lake would be formed, much larger than it is now. Unfortunately, the unique architectural monument is not in the best condition, although restoration has been underway for 12 years. The entrance to the estate is prohibited, as it is a private territory.
