Simply the best estate in the Grodno region! Clean cozy rooms,the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, the territory is well maintained!!! There is a dishwasher, karaoke, terrace,sauna,living area, children's room,swing,trampoline, two bathrooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!In general, after we've been there, we can't find anything else suitable for the price/quality message.

It is a very beautiful, picturesque place. The house is very neat, the territory is huge, well maintained. A bathhouse, a room for small hooligans in the basement, the view from the window is simply fabulous. I highly recommend it!

A great place to relax. A large and beautiful territory. A spacious sauna. After 10 m. - the river Neman. There is a playground for children. Comfortable rooms, kitchen. Everything is done with taste and for relaxation.

A great place for a family holiday, for relaxing with a company, and for holding large events (weddings, etc.) the territory is well maintained - in summer there is a lot of greenery, in winter it is just as beautiful! It is always clean, there is a lot of decor / interior made of wood- which gives this place a special atmosphere. A two-storey house with sleeping places. There is a room for children on the ground floor, which is very convenient. However, the only downside is that the toys are a little worn out. A sauna, a summer kitchen, a large barbecue, swings in the yard, a volleyball / football field, and a cool summer gazebo, a great vacation - that's what Minevichi is)
P.S. there is a river two steps away. Just outside the gate there is a very beautiful descent to the observation deck, to the water. A great place for photo shoots.

One of the most beautiful estates I've been to. You walk around all evening, looking at the interior and walls) The sauna is excellent, a huge playground for outdoor games.
The disadvantages are even difficult to come up with, but for those who like to swim in the Neman, it is a very difficult approach and a bad bottom. They cut all their legs on shells, but this is no longer a claim to the owners)

We had a family vacation, took 2 rooms, fishing in the afternoon, barbecue and sauna in the evening, excellent conditions and silence at night, in the morning the owner Andrey brought hot breakfast and pastries by agreement. A dream come true is just a pill of peace and a sense of your prosperity. I recommend.
