That is, you closed the door and sit, wait for someone to come to you. There is no hand dryer, instead there are tear-off towels. They do not hang so that you can rewind and tear off the required amount, but stand on a shelf. Take the whole roll with wet hands and shake it. By the middle of the wedding, the towels had completely run out, including there was already nothing to wipe my hands with. And this is in a place where dozens of people are having weddings. A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is very, very good - the portions are huge, we didn't eat everything) The rooms have everything you need (TV, air conditioner, shower, Wi-Fi). The territory is gentrified - lots of greenery, swings, hammocks and much more. The beach is also good - sand and a gentle entrance to the water. Tame pets that can be fed. In general, we were very satisfied and will definitely return.

Our family's favorite vacation spot. Beautiful location, interesting territory, very good hosts. The rooms are clean and cozy, the food is hearty. Bicycles can be rented. There are also gazebos on the territory with a barbecue and where you can roast meat and dine outdoors with a magnificent view of the sunset.

A great place to relax and fish (if there is a boat), it's a pity it's too far. The price of 3 thousand per day per person is quite acceptable, we have the same prices, but it is worth highlighting the food that is already included in the price. 3 meals a day, soups in the morning, afternoon and evening, the second, pastries are different, you definitely won't have to starve, we ate our bellies in 3 days. The rooms are simple, there is a TV, a bathroom (sad, it has not been repaired for a long time), for a small surcharge you can grab a room with air conditioning. The refrigerator is only in the suite, this is a minus in summer, but there is a common one on the 1st floor. Also, the disadvantages include the lack of WiFi, it is only in the dining room, and then not always... If you do not connect roaming, you can forget about the Internet. And a sauna. It is, in principle, more of a sauna, a broom in it is prohibited, so the whole point of a bathing event disappears. I advise fishing enthusiasts to take a motor with them, you can arrange to take a boat at the manor. Not ice, but at least some can be found. There are fish on the river.

They promised sweets to the children, they didn't even do that. The Pansky Sad Hotel complex was once a perfectly acceptable place to relax, but now everything has collapsed and fallen into disrepair:
1. The fish from the bay is gone
2. The hotel rooms are in dilapidated condition, after 8 p.m. some rooms do not have water (both cold and hot)

A vacation for lovers of silence and unspoilt nature. The comfortable rooms harmoniously blend into the wild nature of Pripyat.
We had a rest with the children: we fished, rode bicycles, swam in the river. The beach is small but cozy.
Walking around the territory conceals multiple surprises for children: mermaids, squirrels, dwarfs...
Food: large portions, national Belarusian dishes: cabbage soup with ribs, borscht, soup with meatballs, draniki, sorcerers, pancakes, jelly.
There are large halls for big romantic celebrations: weddings, celebrations.

The connection is present, but not everywhere and not always. WiFi is only available at the meal location... It is not in the rooms, the cellular network does not allow normal data transmission. The power is on, no one will go hungry... A big man has enough with his head, and if he doesn't have enough, they are always ready to give supplements. According to the menu, there is a special feature - delicious, rich meat soup three times a day. In any case, there is a second course with meat and compote for the soup. I recommend taking soft drinks with you - there is no opportunity to purchase them at any time, because the bar (with a very small margin) does not always work. It should be borne in mind that events are held from Friday and Saturday... Weddings, anniversaries with music and screams that end at 24-00, and then for another hour and a half they gradually disperse and stop making noise. The linen is clean, the beds are soft. Well, Pripyat with clean sandy beaches and lots of fish (if there is a bite). There are all kinds of fish in the vicinity... We need a motor and an echo sounder on the river... There is a boat on the old man. There are many places for a feeder from the shore. 50 meters away there is a sandy beach without a shell on the staritsa without a current with warm water. There are not many people, both on the estate and in the surrounding area. Fish bite everywhere, both predator and bel. In general, we were satisfied with the rest: we tanned, bought, fished, took 10 kilograms of fish with us (frozen or cooked for free).
