It is extremely rare to find a manor with an adequate, responsive and kind person. Sergey is the owner of the estate. We have already rested 2 times, a beautiful, well-groomed, comfortable, authentic place! Horses are a separate story. Next to the manor there is a field where you can see wild animals. Employee Vitya - it's better to treat him to food, it's better not to offer a glass of vodka))
Firewood - take as much as you need (some estates allocate a bunch of firewood and that's it), there are all appliances, plates, glasses. Pilaf was cooked in a Cauldron! Skewers, grills - everything is great and new. Sauna - with excellent steam, a relaxation area. Convenient access. Comfortable beds. It is very cool and cozy to sit in front of the fireplace in the evening. In general, we will come back more than once. And also - don't let it bother you that Sergey will be in the house. Unlike many other hosts, who kind of "leave" and then show up in the middle of the evening and make sure nothing is broken. There will be no such thing here! You won't see or hear. It has its own annex, with its own entrance and communications. We were making a lot of noise, shouting, singing songs - no comments or even a hint of it. I just asked in the morning: "did you have a good rest?" - and that's it :)
In general, come to the rodeo ranch. I recommend it!!

Many thanks to Sergey for a great weekend. Despite all our force majeure, Sergey was able to adjust to us and create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A beautiful manor house with all possible amenities. A sensitive attitude towards the guests. Magnificent nature. And the sauna is something incredible! Thank you very much again, we will try to make our trips to you a tradition for many years to come.

A great place for a family vacation. The owner Sergey is a very hospitable person, he knows how to create a good mood for a pleasant stay. Ask me to cook you a rural meal - it's fantastic, they cooked sour cabbage soup and grandma in the oven. I recommend this wonderful place for a vacation!
