We rested for 5 days in June with my wife and child, and we really like it!
A good house, a gorgeous backyard, a pond where you can swim, through a forest with mushrooms and berries, a 20-minute walk to Lake Svir.
A feature of the house is stuffed animals. Our dog and child reacted positively to this.
The owner Valentin gave a lot of useful advice about the region.

This is one of our favorite places with my husband! The owner of this magical place is the most wonderful person, very kind and responsive! We usually call him spontaneously, and he never refuses to check in.
The bathhouse is gorgeous, the house is cozy.
For people like us (apartment residents, as well as working with a large flow of people), this is the perfect place to relax!

A beautiful manor house. It's so cozy and atmospheric. The place is quiet, fresh air, large territory. There is a normal Internet connection at home. The host is friendly, went to meet us in some matters. When we suddenly ran out of gas late at night, he brought it to us early in the morning so that we would not be left without breakfast. I really want to come back again. Thank you very much to the host for the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful holiday.🙂

As mentioned above, the house is a little tired, you need to put the little things in order, in the form of broken handles and fasteners, patch up the fireplace in the living room-kitchen. It is very cozy inside, in the bathhouse to change the lighting on the street, nothing is visible. Do not use the left ladder from the pond, you ran into something there with your foot. I had to call an ambulance, go to sew up in the middle of the night and spend a month on sick leave))
The pond is certainly comfortable and beautiful.

A beautiful log house of recent construction in a beautiful quiet location. There is a sauna on the site by its pond. The house has all the "urban" amenities - and amazing silence, it's a farm; there are stuffed trophies everywhere. The owner is extremely friendly, did everything for our serene rest, accompanied us to the "Ecological trail" between 2 lakes with very beautiful landscapes. And we were lucky enough to eat kebabs from the owner himself; I admit right away - I have never eaten such tender meat in my life. There were places of interest for a few more days, but, alas, we no longer had those days (((. And just to sleep it off there was excellent, no one and nothing could be heard except nature. For summer, 800 meters away is a clean, quiet lake, not exhausted by the "newcomers". Svir (on the other side - village Svir). In general, we enjoyed it immensely. Thanks to the owner!

Three balls for cats, and midges that live in the roof of the gazebo, if in the evening it is still normal, then in the afternoon it is unbearable in the gazebo (only for fans of eco-romance ..), the sauna is super , the refrigerator is not cold (for those who are going to go at the time of publication)

It's an unrealistically cool place. We rested there 7 times for sure. There is a sauna right next to the water. The house has hot water and all the benefits of civilization. Very quiet place

A good place if you are going to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. A nice house in the style of a writer's estate. A hospitable host. An old apple orchard, a field descending to the forest, which has a new pond with a bathhouse.
There are very few people, if you do not go over the fence, then you will not meet any cars or people. Quiet and peaceful.
We had a rest in August 2019 with the whole family and were very satisfied! We will definitely get out again!
